"I had already given you a quotation last year and I never heard back from you. I do not think it is fair to rate me like this when I didn't do anything wrong. I already spend enough money coming to your property, designing and email your quote with no response from you. This is why I never came back out again. You apaparaently like to hurt contractors reputations by writing these things."
I set up meetings with 8 different contractors and only 3 showed up. Bob was one of them and I am so glad he did. Seriously, keep this guy's info handy.

We had an excellent experience with LCJ Brick Pavers. At our initial meeting, the owner brought an ipad loaded with examples of projects he completed. He spent several hours with us, and gave us a fair estimate. We received estimates from two other companies that were comparable, but both of those companies spent less than 30 minutes with us. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism.
He worked ahead of schedule, and amazingly, came in slightly under estimate! Really positive experience!It went right. I liked the quality of what they delivered the creativity of the work they did.They did that in August. They laid down concrete brick pavers on the driveway and two entry posts . It cost seven thousand five hundred.

"Just because I did not respond doesn't give you the right to destroy my reputation. I do not even remember even talking with you recently and if I did I am sorry for not getting back with you. If you spoke to me or left a message over the holidays, I was out of state and unavailable. I. did check my messages on my main phone and had no messages. I do have a second number however I replaced that phone recently with a different phone. Sometimes when I am very busy I sometimes am not able to respond as fast as people like especially if we are in the middle of several projects or I am designing some new projects that have deadlines. I do not have a large staff around me so I have to wear several hats at the same time. We try to provide exceptional quality work at an affordable price with our own employees and make sure each job runs smooth under direct supervision to insure our high quality standards."
