Description of Work: This review is in response to the blatant misrepresentation of the facts regarding my encounter with this company. Thanks Mike for being so honest 1. The one fact you did get right is that I was pleased with the first bit of work you did for me. Why wouldn't I want you to come back and do some more work? Some companies call this repeat business and it is sought after. 2. There were ABSOLUTELY NO ATTEMPTS to tell me you did not want the work. You had a women answering your calls who said vague things like "He's busy, but will get back to you." "He's out on a job and will be back..." Mike do you not know what your employees are telling your customers? Never once was I told you wanted to decline the work until you finally quit ducking my THREE calls that's hardly harrasment. 3. The bad review is about a contractor who is unprofessional and non-responsive. Mike you did nothing but waste my time sending Chris out to do an estimate which he probably knew you wouldnt want to do the work before he left my house. Try being upfront and honest with people not dismissive and arrogant. 4. Folks he is the exact kind of contractor you do not want to work with. His attitude is very endemic to the private contracting world. There is no accountability and many problems and complaints. Mike I really hope you are out of business by now, if not good luck but do yourself a favor and remove youself from Angieslist where the majority of members are not commerical but just folks wanting to get a job done.

Description of Work: All systems installed a new telephone voice mail system at my office, networking the computers, phone and fax. Also added new phone jack locations, a new fax location, ran new cabling for another phone line, and checked the wiring for our alarm system.
