I was very impressed with the company, from my first contact to make an appointment to the courtesy call the night before-- all the way through to the completion of the job. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient -- cleaning many surfaces that I thought were too far gone to be clean. My only regret is that I didn't contact them sooner!

They called the day before to verify appt and showed up on time. It looked like they missed several spots.

They do good work. Unfortunately, they seem to be having a big spike in their business and I had to wait five weeks to get on their schedule. Anyway they came out today. They normally call the night before just to confirm that they are coming out and what the scope of the work is, but unfortunately, I just connected a whole bunch of computer equipment earlier in the week and so my phone wasn't working and they had me on schedule. They are pretty prompt, the guys showed up at eight O'clock. It's a positive experience and I'd rate them well.
