Horrible experience. Took almost a month and a half to finish 2 small bathrooms. Workers would constantly make mistakes, and ended having to redo a large portion of it. Contractor ended up adding $1000 to the orinigal quote that was never agreed upon or discussed. One of the workers on the job asked me to pay him $100 to add a seat to walk in shower. I paid the amount and was later charged for it again. When I refused to pay the $100 again, the contractor basically refused to finish the work, so bathroom is incomplete a month a half later. and I paid over $1000 of costs that was never agreed upon. Like they say, you get what you pay for, and me for that was stress and headaches.

"One of the best things in any situation is that there are always two sides to any story. As everyone can see we have been with Angie’s list for a while now and have only received great and honest reviews. Normally I wouldn’t take time and energy to respond to a negative review, especially when they have purposely decided to leave many things out, like deciding on prices for materials and labor and paying directly to a worker when obviously the contract was with me and not them. That is consider a tip in anyone’s eyes I would say, and then request credit for something I was not aware and did not received. Besides all that we have not taken a month and half to complete this job, I think is very difficult to work when the customer travels all the time and is not available for us to finish in timely manner and also the customer forgot to mention that we painted the entire home and other work was performed upon his request. Overall this job was quoted very low and really fair to help our customer. I will admit that some mistakes where made by my workers, I will agree to that and that are why I took upon my self to make sure they where all fixed and taken care off. Also did many extra work and many trips to the hardware store, even when the client was in charge of all purchases of materials and we did that with out any extra charge to composite for the previous mistakes of my workers. But when you start feeling that now all the customer wants is to take advantage and not pay for your service that’s when you say enough is enough. I’m a very fair and honest person and at the end off the day I have all my reviews and happy clients to prove it. I hope this doesn’t happen to any other contractors especially at this difficult times and besides all that was said I wish the customer the very best in the future. God bless!"

Tito is an outstanding electrician! He took time to understand exactly how I wanted the coach lights to look over my garage. Then he explained all the options for how to complete the work and helped me pick the best method. He worked very quickly, and installed the lights EXACTLY the way I wanted them. I would recommend him to anyone, and plan to hire him again for more projects.

Tito is an outstanding technician, Rapidly installed two fans without a glitch at a reasonable price. Took and disposed of cartons and cleaned up. Extremely efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. Also assisted in installing a hallway lamp and tightened a loose contact on the garage door. Would rehire him in a heartbeat

He did a good job. Then I found out the charge was $125. I had seen a review here from last October and similar job was $69. His location was listed as Goldenrod, close to me. During our conversation, I found out he is in Sanford. He also told me that he had a $125. trip charge even if it is only to "screw in a screw." Earlier that day, my long time appliance repair man had been here to fix my dishwasher. His trip charge was $59. So before you hire him, check on the cost so you won't be surprised. I guess I should have.
