This company communicated with me throughout this process. Mr. Capps made efforts to determine what I wanted in the patio and my concerns about drainage. He assured me that most of these issues will be resolved with the design of the patio .

I would not hire again. Would not come back and fix the problems we had with plants. Gatepost caps were not even put on. Called several times and he never came back. I liked them and am very disappointed with the customer service. So think about it before hiring.

They did an excellent job. The yard transformation is unbelieveable. However, Joel is not good at follow-up. He still has gotten back with me regarding a couple specialty additional shrubs we were waiting on. Other than that, they did a great job and I would recommend them.

He did the job himself. Super caring and nice to work with. Did the job in a timely manner. He's quite the gentleman. Very respectful with his work. I wanted sod installation and landscaping and he overall did an excellent job on his part. His ideas and suggestions were phenomenal. He sees it and knows how to work with it. Great to work with!

Quality is there, customer service and professionalism is lacking, i would not trust this company to do my work again due to incompleteness and lack of follow through.

We do understand that some of your plants were damaged during the recent hard freeze that our area experienced, and we certainly understand your frustration, as many lost plants during the coldest winter in several years. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace your plants free of charge due to the extreme weather, as this is a measure out of our control, and many native Florida plants are simply unable to withstand freezing conditions. Prompt responses to all my questions. They removed mulch from the area where they were to perform work and pulled the mulch back when they were done. Left work area clean.

Did the job on time, did the work that was described for the cost estimated, no issues at all. The quality f the work is okay, but not outstanding, e.g. they but in a drainage basin and the grate on top is not level. Just minor things, no major issues. Would use again, but will also look at some one else as well.
