I am very happy to have found an honest company with honest employees and I will call them again if I ever have another A/C problem.
The company followed up with a thank you by mail and we will definitely use them again in the future.
I called to have a mini split installed. The tech came out. While he was here, he spoke with the owner who told him my HOA would not allow a mini split (from past experience). However, there are many HOAs in our development, and I told the tech that our specific HOA already said it was okay, that they just needed the unit specifications along with my request. The tech relayed this to the owner. He told me more about the mini split and when he left he said the owner would get back to me.
I never heard from the owner. Meanwhile, another contractor did have the courtesy to provide me with a proposal, and less than 4 weeks later, I had the HOA approval and it was installed, and we love our mini split.
It's unprofessional to treat a prospective client by dismissing them. Furthermore it's not smart business to turn down business.
I would not recommend this business to anyone. There is a lot of competition, look elsewhere.
"We have given proposals to numerous customers in Kings Point for Mitsubishi units as a second air conditioning system. Each and every time we have been told that the HOA would only allow 1 air conditioning system per home. The last time was just a few months ago. Based on these experiences when our technician called to say that he was bidding a system in Kings Point we made him aware of our previous experience. We considered the matter concluded at that time since a follow up was not requested. Based on your complaint we will be checking back in with our customers who have been turned down by their HOA and making them aware of the situation. We have never done any business with you in the past and I would suggest that you read the reviews from our customers who have actually done business with us. We are a family owned and operated business and have always tried to deal honestly with our customers. That is the reason you were given the answer that you were given."
"Thank you for the great review! We try to do our best. Mardi Hope, VP"
