They did a great job of working with me to save the Crepe Myrtles that needed to be moved.

They are not very good at communicating when they are going to be there. They just kind of show up and Iâ ll tell you theyâ ll be there one day and not. I thought they shouldâ ve been more informative about the entire process also.

They were very punctual and professional. Highly recommend them.

Gulf Coast replaced my entire septic system in 1 1/2 days with no interruption in service. They were friendly, fast, efficient. These folks are real pros, from the friendly office staff to the techs. Other septic services would take a cursory look at our clog and tell us we needed a new drain field. Gulf Coast Septic was much more thorough in their inspection, and discovered that the drain field was perfectly healthy. It turned out that the clog was upstream from the drain field, a much simpler and cheaper issue. Gulf Coast Septic saved us many thousands of dollars, and saved our lawn. They get our highest recommendation.

Friendly, affordable, and efficient! Of the 3 companies I got estimates from they were the only ones who took the time to assess my property. They determined my property's water table, location of my and my neighbors wells. No one else bothered to do this. Based off of their assessment they suggested an above ground drain field and were the only ones to suggest that. Definitely glad I went with Gulf Coast Septic and I would definitely recommend them

I have dealt with 6 or 7 different septic companies since buying this house and this is the first time I feel like I found a reliable company that will do what needs to be done (and only what needs to be done) for the least amount possible. My septic floated up out of the ground after the storm and they replaced only the parts that they absolutely had to for about 30% less than other quotes I got. I am very satisfied with their work.
