Roger and crew did an amazing job today on a large diseased tree in our front yard in Valrico, and at a very fair price. Highly recommend them for their professionalism and work ethic, came when they said they would, for the bid workup and taking it down. The crew of four got the job done and cleaned up in less than three hours. I can now rest easier that it won’t take out our house during the next storm. Thanks again guys! Well done!!! 😀

Roger and his crew did an outstanding job trimming several trees and removing a large laurel oak tree that was aged out and too close to the house - risky during storms. They were so good at maneuvering equipment and bringing down large limbs without damage to fencing, the pool cage or other nearby trees. On time, removed debris and cleaned/raked area. They have been my go-to tree service for years and never disappoint. Fair estimate/excellent work!

The team was extremely competent, courteous, and professional taking great care not to damage my newly installed patio or shrubs as well as cleaning up thoroughly after the job. After the job, there was a material, unintentional misunderstanding of the project cost due to handwriting obscurity on their cost estimate. To reconcile the situation, I proposed less than their intended amount but more than a competitor's estimate. To quote Beaver -- "in the spirit of good business" -- they accepted my proposal graciously and swiftly (i.e., in less than 24 hours) versus escalating the dispute in potential ways (e.g., litigating).

The guy that came out to give me the quote said the trees would be removed and the branch on the other tree would be removed so that there would be no branches hanging over the pool. The first day the crew came at 10 as promised. They got to work and by 4:30 they had done half of the first tree. The next day I had to call because it was 11:00 and they hadn't shown up. They were finishing a job somewhere else. To make a long story short they did finish the job. They also left a stomp that's about a foot high. I've had trees removed from the front of the house and the stomp has been left flush with ground level. The branch that they removed from the other tree wasn't the branch that I thought had to be removed. There is still a huge branch over the pool. When I called to tell them that they had left the branch, the guy who gave me the quote said he'd come out to take a look. The next day the owner of the company came to my house and said that the right branch had been removed. She also said that she'd charge me $750 to remove the stomp. I would've continue doing business with them if they would have removed that branch that's hanging over the pool.

Great!! Will definitely have them trim all of our remaining 9 palm trees twice a year. I highly recommend Beaver's Tree Service. I was impressed that the owner of the company was present initially when provided the estimate and then also while the men were doing the work. The owner is pleasant and easy to work with. This is the fifth time I have used Beaver's Tree Service all I can say is they are fantastic. Six men arrived on time as they have in the past and trimmed the branches which leaves were causing my gutters to clog. Oh yeah, They cleaned the two gutters also.

Everything went great. I called on Friday and spoke to Peggy to set up an estimate to have our large oak tree trimmed. She had Jose out to my house the same day...he was professional and knowledgeable and the price was very fair. We set up an appointment for the work on Monday. The crew showed up on time as promised and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up beautifully. I will definitely hire again to do sycamore tree in front, and highly recommend Beaver's Tree Service to everyone...thanks guys for a fantastic job.

Be very cautious and ask for everything in writing from this company. When the gentleman came out to give me an estimate, I specifically asked that the tree limbs be cut all the way to the trunk. I was told by the cutters they could not due that because the tree would uproot. Wish the estimator would have told me that! Secondly, I specifically asked that any branch that was hanging over my property be cut. I was surprised the tree cutters did not climb the tree to get the high branches. I still have branches hanging over my fence. Finally, they broke two of my fence post caps. They took the caps with them and said they would be back the next day. They never showed. I even called a few days later and they said they would be out to replace it. They never showed up. I NEVER should have let them take those caps because I would have glued them back on. Now, I don’t have the caps and my fence is broken. I feel I overpaid for this job because I was quoted for work I specifically asked for and they did not do the work. I will never use them again and I caution anyone who consider them for work to be very careful. I feel ripped off.

"I'm very sorry that our performance wasn't what you expected. Sir, we are not allowed to sidewall a tree, meaning we can't cut back every branch all the way to the top, this will kill the tree or it would be heavy only on one side. I will replace the fence caps, we have been busy and it just slipped by us. As for the price, we are very fair and you must consider the crew, overhead, equipment and fuel is incorporated in it."

Excellent. The estimator provided same-day service; came out within 3 hours of my initial call to Beaver's. Work was scheduled the second day after getting the estimate. The crew was professional, courteous and thorough, giving us information about tree growth that we didn't know, and were always checking with us to make sure we were satisfied with their progress. We were not only satisfied but extremely pleased with everything. The expertise and skill of the crew was without question. They know their business. They cleaned up all debris and left our yard and trees looking much better than before. They even were able to do a real-time request that I had forgotten about when talking with the estimator. Added a little cost of course to the original estimate, but added cost was very reasonable. The cost of the entire job was very reasonable. I will definitely call them back again and again as needed, and recommend Beaver's to my neighbors and acquaintances. Wish I had found Beaver's earlier. They are our go-to tree service from now on.

We had a small stump removed & a large one grinded, which we have a lot of nice mulch from for future use! One palm tree trimmed & palm cluster thinned. The palm cluster was a mess & now looks amazing! The guys were very courteous, professional and punctual. They did an amazing job and I could tell they take pride in their work. We plan to contact them soon to trim some more palm trees. We were very satisfied with the service and results. They were a pleasure to work with and I look forward to hiring them again in the near future! The original price was $430, we paid $330 with a discount. Great deal!
