It went perfectly. They have done work for us several times in the past. They have always done a great job at a reasonable price.

The crew did not have any work orders so i provided a copy of the estimate I had gotten several days earlier. I was fairly busy inside so i didn't watch over the work as it progressed other than to notice that there was activity going on for about. three hours. I noted that there was a large amount of fronds and other tree debris loaded on their truck and asssumed all debris was hauled away. Also, the trees looked good after trimming so I paid the workers (and gave them a copy of the work estimate and the Angie's List reciept). The next morning I recieved phone calls from two neighobors (diagnoally behind me and nextdoor to me) aparently since the washingtonias were in the very back corner of my fenced lot many of the fronds fell into their yards. Aparently they were unable to get access to the yards and advised that they would return "after 5:00" to get access after the home owner returned. They did not return that day or the next. and I ultimately had to remove the debris myself I ultimately removed the debris from the neighobors yard.

Very prompt and responsive. When I asked for additional trimming on the side tree, they did the work right away. Cleaned everything up very well.

This is very unfortunate for me to have to write because I actually have used this company several times before and they did a decent job, however I had 3 large oak trees that came down after the Hurricane and I asked them for a quote to just cut the trees up, no removal, disposal or stump grinding. They quoted me $15,000 to cut up 3 trees. I had this same company out less than a month prior and they removed over 12 trees, hauled them all off and grinded 3 stumps for less than this price they quoted me. I told the gentleman giving me the quote that $15,000 to chainsaw up 3 trees was price gouging and he said he would have the owner call me to discuss the quote and the owner never did. Very disappointed in them trying to take advantage of customers during a terrible time after the hurricane.

They cut down the tree and trim to the other trees but made a mess of the yard. They didn't trim the other 3 oaks in the yard as requested.

Everything went fine except for a small delay repairing stucco they caused.

On time, reasonable price, great cleanup!

Went well! This is the second time I've used this company. I've since sold the house but gave the contractor's name to the new owners.

Work was performed in a timely efficient manner. If I ever need this service again I will definately call them.

OTHER THAN SHOWING UP FOR AN APPT. THAT HAD BEEN CHANGED, IT WORKED OUT OK. VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

Excellent. This oak tree's canopy was over about 50% of our pool cage and a neighbors garage. Beaver folks removed things that probably would be damaged during the removal process (small shrubs, yard ornaments, wood privacy fence). They were very careful as limbs were removed to "steer" the removed away from impacting the pool and garage areas. At the completion of the tree removal Beaver completely cleaned up they surrounding area and removed all waste. A very professional demonstration.

They did a good job, removing all the branches and as much of the trunks as could be done. They cleaned up the mess and also picked up the sticks in the yard and hauled them off.

The crew arrived on time and got right to work. They had to have access to my neighbors property in order to get the diseased oak tree down which was agreeable with our neighbors. They were careful not to damage the fence when taking down the tree and cleaned up the area of all branches and debris and hauled away. They even cut up some smaller branches to use in our fire pit. I have used this company before when I needed to have my palms trimmed up and I will certainly use them again in the future when we need additional work done. Excellent company!

The quote was competitive, the team was prompt and everyone was very polite. They arrived when they said they would for the estimate. They arrived when they said they would for the job. Job was completed in one day. The work crew labored in high heat (and eventually rain) without complaint. They worked as a team, clearing debris (large and small) as they went. I was impressed with their skills, their attention to detail, their equipment, and their respect of our property.
