The lady that owns this business is a liar and one of the rudest people I have ever met. After failing to return voice mails left on her phone of which I have screen shot proof of, she accused me of never calling and not communicating with her essentially because I was using a Groupon close the expiration date (6 days). It was made very clear that I wanted to add an hour to the groupon already purchased yet I was randomly assigned only one hour and not at a time of my choosing. I sent an email back confirming my address and accepting the time figuring if it was that hard to make contact I better not change the time but again asking about the second hour. No response. Then 3 days later I get another email randomly changing my time which wasn't a time I could accept. I tried to call the woman yet again and this time she finally picked up...when I expressed my frustration with the great difficulty trying to get ahold of anyone she told me I never called and said she didn't know what my problem was blah blah blah, get your money back. Instead of apologizing for the horrific communication and poor customer service she had the nerve to call me a liar. It made it imperatively clear that she just didn't want to accept the job at a discounted rate. As for her calling me a liar and saying I never called or communicated I have screen shot proof of phone calls made and email records of communication sent. I have never been so beside myself trying to deal with someone so rude. Run from this company.

It was terrible! They sent two very young girls who were not trained, not equipped, and were not good at cleaning. Upon arrival they asked what things needed to be done. I told them if they did everything on the list it would be great. One of the girls asked me if I had a swiffer or something to clean the ceiling fans. Really? I asked why they advertise cleaning the fans if they don't have anything to do it. She said they used to, but not anymore. Great start. They spent 2 1/2 hrs in my house, but never touched the showers, toilets, sinks, and managed to leave hazy streaks on the sliding glass doors. They also wiped my blinds but didn't bother to clean the window sills, leaving dust and dirt behind. Their web site says in the kitchen they wipe all appliances, clean in and outside of microwave, sinks and kitchen tables. They did none of this. I'm not saying they did a poor job. They did not do it at all. My refrigerator still had the same smudge marks from hands, my microwave still had crumbs and the glass was not wiped at all. The floor still had crumbs and my table wasn't wiped down. I still have no idea what they did for 2 1/2 hours, but this was a disaster. I tried to contact the owner but she never returned any calls or responded to my email. They did, however, cash the check right away. I posted my displeasure on Facebook in a community group and had many responses from people who had the same issues with this company. Too many cleaning companies out there to be this poor at cleaning and customer service. My advice: pick another company!

I have been using the service provided by Oviedo Scrubbers since the summer of 2015 and I am VERY pleased with their service.  Two people come to my home for two hours for $105. I give them a prioritized list of what I need cleaned in my house, and they do an EXCELLENT job! They are very professional and thorough and work very hard! If they run out of items on the list, they ask for and find additional tasks to complete. They have also offered to come help me clean out my garage, organize closets, etc.
