Construction Development Of Central Florida

House is at bottom of hill (yes, there are hills in Florida, albeit man-made). Runoff water from the next door neighbors was intruding into the garage during downpours. Construction Develop installed a retainer wall with a sockpipe to divert the water from the house. Cosmetically, the wall looks just lovely! We will not know whether it will work until hurricane season when we get lots of back-to-back rainfall; however, I do not anticipate any issues at all. Although I rated this company with B's in two categories, I would definitely use them again and would recommend them. I, personally, did not have any issues their slow responses and punctuality because I am a very patient person; however, others may want to take these two categories into consideration, which is why I rated them accordingly. Again, I am very pleased with the outcome of the project and cannot speak highly enough about their workmanship - it looks great!
