Matt from Climatech is top notch. He is well-versed, friendly, and we found him to present himself with a great deal of integrity. We initially called him to provide annual service to our A/C, however when he came he also showed us how the previous owners had placed the A/C unit incorrectly which was causing water to pool in our garage. He gave us a great price and completed the work quickly to repair the issue. Here is where good integrity comes in - we contacted Matt regarding an A/C replacement for a condo that we own - our property manager had received a price from another company, however we wanted to give Matt the business - Matt was honest and let us know that he was unable to get us as good of a deal as the other company for this particular item, and encouraged us to use the other company for this job. We trust him a great deal, and appreciated the honest feedback. We will continue to use him for all A/C needs in both properties. Highly recommend.

Matt Hancock was very prompt and professional. They were having a special so it was also a great value. I had been waiting all summer for one of the bigger companies to do our annual maintenance but they were and quot;too busy.and quot; Matt came the next day and was great. He also let me know that we were using a filter that was slightly too small and it was going to cause damage to the coils in the future, so I'm sure he saved us a lot of money that way. We will be calling him every time from now on!
