I bought a complete water treatment system from Paul 2 years ago. He did maintenance on it on my request after 1 year. I called him today to schedule the 2 year maintenance, and out of nowhere he was very rude and told me he would not do it, and hung op the phone on me when I ask for an explanation. Now he texts me and says" You refused the mandatory service the system requires" . He left me shocked and my only guess is: , if you don't have him maintaining the unit and paying him monthly, he will ditch you because the way his business works is that he gets you every month with the "so called" mandatory maintenance. Avoid this guy like the Coronavirus, there is a whole bunch of better companies that do the same work and don't want to see you like a monthly ATM machine. I have a similar system at another home installed by these other guys and I am very happy with it. KINETICO 407-295-7711.

The initial price was doubled when I spoke to the person actually scheduling the service. The salesperson quoted low and I was aware of that after pricing the cost of the resin to do the work myself. The actual price was fair understanding the cost of the material. The technician was courteous and professional. He explained the procedures and performed them as explained. I would use this company again for this type of work. My only negative remark would be that the sales gentleman be more aware of the pricing of the services his company provides. Their technician was very good at his work.

Paul sent a truck out within a couple hours of my call. The tech was polite and competent. Problem isolated and repair completed quickly. In industry where it is difficult to have your calls returned, such response is certainly welcome. I will be a return customer.

Paul was very responsive and the work was top quality. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with expectations (which was really nice!!). Product and service are great. Price very high though. Because of idiot builder I had to use a water conditioner that could be placed outside, thus kinetico. I really like the system but still in shock over the cost.

Great service - was able to accomodate a very short lead-time. Showed up as promised with the right equipment, Paul was extremely helpful, professional and delivered as promised. He replaced the piping that had been damaged previously and ensured the line to the house is secure and stable. Provided additional cover for the electrical circuit which had been lost by the previous owner. Very pleased with the results of the water and appreciated the service provided by both Paul and his assistant. I would definitely purchase again in the future and highly recommend this company.

This company was great. Talked with us face to face about what we needed to do to treat our water - gave us all the options but didn't try to sell us more than what we needed. Very reasonably priced, and the install was neat and clean. They also answered all my questions and provided all the background info. on our water issues and treatments available.

Initial phone calls educated us about what our needs were and what they could provide. A visit was setup to inspect our home and determine an estimate. 1 wk later, installation scheduled without complication.

From the beginning to the end they were very responsive. They have very good warranties, and gave lots of options on how to save money. They were really honest on getting us what we needed and not what he could sell us. They were timely, worked efficiently, and did great work. Now our system works great!
