We purchased a 2 bedroom house and decided to turn it into a 4 bedroom house by converting the garage into 2 bedrooms and a mudroom. Bob Bailey was our chosen contractor and did an amazing job, start to finish. Quote up front was accurate and detailed. Once he got approvals from the town, everything moved fast and on schedule. His crew was always on time and respectful of our home. Bob always kept us updated and met us at the home to go over anything they ran into. The final product was amazing. You would never know that those rooms used to be the garage. It looks like it was part of the original build and extremely happy with the outcome. In the future, I look to build a new garage and definitely would have Bob Bailey do the work again. Just fantastic work.

Tile, cabinet, marble, mirror, hardware, and fixture suppliers were provided for us to chose what we wanted and then high quality subcontractor and installers phased the demolition and installation to minimize the impact on the rest of our house. During the demolition, old termite damage was found in the bathroom wall. It was removed, repaired, and replaced for a very competitive price and in an expeditious timeline so that the remodeling could stay on schedule. We are very pleased with our new master bathroom.

We had Bailey Construction concert our lanai into a playroom. Bob was exceptionally responsive and kept us well informed of the project status. His original bid was accurate, both in terms of cost and schedule. His entire team was very courteous and professional. I will be hiring them again for our next project!

The work was done on schedule, professionally, and at the agreed price. Though a number of areas of water intrusion damage appeared that were not expected and were not visible until demolition, the Bailey Construction team simply took care of them. The new roof looks great, and better still, the water is now properly channeled away.

It went exceptionally well as shown by the additional work that we added. We were very pleased with the Bailey Construction management and staff as well as all of the subcontractors that worked on our home. We did experience a mishap where the addition roof tied into our existing home roof. During the period after the wood was placed on the addition roof and before shingles were installed, we had heavy rainfall at night that flowed under the plastic sheeting and flooded our guest bedroom ceiling causing it to collapse. Early the next morning, Bailey Construction staff arrived to clean and repair the damage. There was no cost for this effort.

We were very pleased with both the quality of the work as well as the patience of the builder. Due to health problems, my husband was unable to do things himself. Mr. Bailey was fantastic and went above and beyond to see that the construction was done in a timely manner as well as to our liking. He would bring samples to us to save me time and trouble knowing that we had a lot of medical appointments. I cannot say enough good about Bailey construction. Not only are they professional, but they are compassionate as well as very helpful and understanding. Mr. Bailey worked with us to make the entire process as seamless as possible and did everything that he could to alleviate the stress of choosing materials, and completing the project. I do not feel that you would get the same kind of attention from a bigger company.

Bob's price was not the lowest nor the most expensive quote I got, but he and his crew did everything they said they would do and more. They had to de-construct about a third of our home and rebuild it after an oak tree went through the roof and all the way to the floor, on one wing of the house. Bob is very particular about how his crew performs and expects the best from them or has them do it over.

We had never completed a home remodel project quite like this, so needless to say we were a bit nervous about what to expect from working with a contractor.  We were extremely pleased with our experience working with Nick from Bailey Construction from the beginning.  He came to our house and listened to what we were hoping to accomplish with this remodel and used his expertise to offer suggestions to enhance our initial ideas.  Even when we ran in to a few challenges (which is expected when doing a remodel), he would work to figure out a solution that ensured things were done right and the way we wanted.  He was not only professional throughout the process, but extremely responsive to the questions we had.  Nick was upfront with the cost and stayed inline with the estimate and if there was going to be an additional charge he made sure to communicate that with us beforehand and offer alternatives.  Overall our experience in working with Bailey Construction was an extremely positive one.  We've already suggested Bailey Construction to our family and friends.

I called him and described what had happened to the outside structure of my house after taking down a screen enclosure.  He had been recommended by other people I was talking to at that time.  I had not as of yet seen his ad on Angieslist.  The three different people that recommended him spoke highly of him.  He came out and looked at the job and never told me he would not do the job or could not do the job.  He just said he would send an estimate to me.  I waited and waited.  i called him, and he assured me he would send an estimate.  Needless to say, after a month or three calls, I gave up on him.  He never sent the estimate, and he never returned a call to me to let me know one way or the other.   I think it is very unprofessional to not contact a person to tell them they can not or will not do a job instead of promising them an estimate is on its way.   Then I joined Angieslist and saw he was there as well.
