Performance Heating & A/C

Performance was spot on! Tom is the owner. Tom did a great job! He put a zone system in there, in a two-story building. He figured it out, he solved the problem, where everybody else wanted to just slap the A/C in and be done. He put a zone in there, had one unit at the top the same temperature as the bottom. He did a fantastic job. 

I put in a Ten Star unit and because Tommy had serviced it and put it in and did all the mathematician, I went from a 5-year warranty to a 10-year warranty by him installing that particular product. He gives a rep to them. That was a nice perk too. 

No additional charge because their certified rep put it in, Performance Heating & Air put it in and then Tommy documented that. He submitted all of the documentation and then sent me a nice PDF from the company that shows me the warranty for 10 years. It?s all right there. 

It was like $8,000. It might be a little extra, because I did the zoning on it and I could have slapped something in there, but he did it right. Lenard?s guy was pretty decent at this time too. Tommy did a great job.

He was competitive. He was funny, because he was fussing at the guys that did the sheetrock, saying ?you better now get any dust in my unit. He waited until all the work was done and then after the fact, when they were sanding stuff, he said, ?I don?t want any of that stuff in my unit, you guys need to sweep up!? He was tough, he definitely cared about his equipment, he may sure it was right, he double checked it. I was very impressed with Tom about it.
