I have 29 years experience in all phases of new production and custom home construction, remodeling, screened porches, room additions; specializing in interior trim carpentry and deck building. My attention to detail has allowed me to be successfully self-employed for over 25 years with many satisfied developers and home owners. Customer satisfaction is my number one priority; honesty and integrity has brought me many repeat customers. I'm experienced at handling several on-going construction projects concurrently, estimating material needs, hiring sub-contractors, and following all local building codes to pass required inspections. I am extremely experienced in communicating with homeowners; satisfying their needs while maintaining company profitability. I am experienced with identifying and resolving warranty issues in new home construction.

I CAN NEVER SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS GUY. HE IS PLEASANT AND UNASSUMING. HE IS GREAT AND HIS PRICES ARE ALWAYS VERY REASONABLE. HE IS WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU ON PROJECTS. HE HAS A LOT OF INTEGRITY. TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK.

HE USED BAD WOOD DURING THE INSTALLATION THAT HAS WARPED IN NUMEROUS PLACES. THE DECK IS LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD AND THE COMPANY IS NOT RETURNING PHONE CALLS TO HONOR THEIR 10 YEAR GUARANTEE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD SCREW DOWN THE BOARDS, BUT INSTEAD HE NAILED IN THE BOARDS. SOME OF THE NAILS ARE COMING UP AND THE WOOD HAS CRACKED IN THOSE PLACES. HIS WORKMEN ARE VERY NICE BUT WHAT MAKES ME SAD IS THAT THIS JOB ISN'T GOING TO LAST. I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WORK.

"IM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL FROM THE MEMBER REGARDING A RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY THE WOOD WAS PURCHASED FROM. ALSO, I DISAGREE WITH THE NOTION THAT DECK SCREWS ARE BETTER THAN GALVANIZED SPIRAL SHANK DECK NAILS. IVE BEEN BUILDING DECKS FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST COMPLAINT IVE RECEIVED LIKE THIS. IF SHE HAD ASKED FOR SCREWS I DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE USED THEM. I ALWAYS DO WHAT THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS AND DO MY BEST TO MAKE THEM HAPPY. I HAVE NOT CONTROL OVER THE EVENTUAL CRACKING AND WARPING OF WOOD. NO AMOUNT OF NAILS OR SCREWS CAN STOP IT."

HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB. HAD A BAD SITUATION AND HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO RESOLVE IT. GRACIOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. ITS JUST SO GREAT TO HAVE SOMEONE KEEP AT IT AND TAKE CARE OF THINGS.. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM FOR A JOB. A LOT OF THE PEOPLE WILL SET YOU ASIDE IF YOU HAVE A BIGGER JOB, BUT HE HAS NOT BEEN LIKE THAT. HE WORKS WITH YOU ON THE SCHEDULE. ITS MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL. IM ABLE TO BE FLEXIBLE WITH HIS WORKLOAD AND HE IS ABLE TO WORK WITH MINE. HE SEEMS TO TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK. HE SEEMS TO ENJOY IT. I THINK SOME OF THE BOARDS MAY HAVE TO BE REPLACED AS THEY SEEM TO HAVE SPLIT A LITTLE. WE HAVE NOT TOLD JIMMY YET - WE ARE PLANNING ON LETTING IT WEATHER FIRST AND SEE IF ANYTHING ELSE COMES UP. ON THE WHOLE WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THE WORKMAN WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS AND PERFORMED ALL TASKS ASKED OF THEM AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

JIMMY HAD BUILT US A DECK ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO AND WE WANTED HIM TO DO THIS JOB DUE TO HIS PAST EXCELLENT WORK. AFTER 4 MONTHS OF CALLING AND SETTING UP APPOINTMENTS THAT WERE NOT KEPT, THE JOB WAS FINALLY STARTED IN AUGUST. THE MAIN PART OF IT IS DONE, HOWEVER THERE ARE STILL DETAILS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN FINISHED AND WHICH HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED ABOUT EVERY 6 WEEKS DURING THE WINTER. THESE ARE THINGS THAT COULD EASILY BE DONE IN WINTER, (I.E, DOOR HANDLES). WE HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED IN THE WORK AND ESPECIALLY IN THE NON-RESPONSIVENESS TO RETURNING CALLS AND COMPLETING THE WORK. I AM STILL TRYING TO REACH HIM TO DO THE REST OF THE WORK.

DESTROYED 300.00 IN TRIM. THEY PUT IT ON BACKWARDS. THE DOORS DIDN'T FIT AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE TOOLS TO FIX IT. THEY WERE NOT PREPARED AT ALL. THEY ALSO CHANGED THE PRICE -- THEY RAISED IT BY 130.00.
