Veterans Moving Help

Had the absolute worst move. They arrive 5 hours late and they came with 2 men and a rental truck. No furniture pads, no wraps for the draws, and no dolly as was all promised when I booked the move one month ago. They were really rough with my furniture and of course without furniture pads ruined our new wooden furniture we bought a couple months ago. As if it wasn’t bad enough, It turns out the uhaul truck they rented wasn’t big enough for my 2 bedrooms apartment. They said they “have to go,” and promised to come back tomorrow to move my last 2 bed frames. They insisted I pay them the first day and I wish I didn’t. After multiple phone calls the next day we got worried they wouldn’t show up so our neighbors helped us to move at 4pm before we closed our apt at 5pm! The boss of the company in Gainesville Florida area is not returning our phone call and texts to come assess the damage to our furniture. Do not use this company!!! We are so sad about this whole experience that we are seeking further advice on how to handle this situation. Update: after two weeks veteran’s movers never reponded or took any responsibility for their negligence.

10 hours late and was promise to assemble items and it was dropped off. contacted management and was promised the next day to complete task and no call no show! contacted them and want to set up another day! not worth wasting another day on empty promises! I expected them to be professional. if you say you going to do something, **** it do it! or tell me in the beginning so that I could have gone elsewhere! my suggestion is find someone else!!
