To start with, Jay and Will met with us to give us an estimate and evaluate the scope of the project. Since we had 2 young daughters and 10 cats at the time, they knew we would have to coordinate the work very carefully. They were friendly, professional, courteous, great with the animals, patient, funny, respectful of our privacy, and so very easy to work with. I forgot to mention how incredibly neat they were in all steps of their work.

Jay and Will Tucker do high-quality, careful work at competitive prices. With engineered wood flooring, the quality of the result relies entirely on the care given to detail. The Tucker brothers do precise work and produce first-class results. I found Jay very helpful in scheduling as well. I had to coordinate the dates and details of the job with him from overseas, and he was quick to respond and helpful in dealing with changes in dates. I have another flooring job I am considering, and I will definitely use the Tucker brothers for it.

They installed over 1500 sq ft of bamboo flooring. They were professional, methodical, and excellent tradesmen. The floor is beautifully installed.
When we had a leak they took care of replacing our moldy flooring quickly.

They were quick and straightforward. 

Overall, their part of the job went smoothly.

They did a good job. They did it fairly quickly and at a good price.

I have a complaint about the flooring, but I am working with them to get them to come back out now.
