Overall, the experience has been great. I’ve been using his services for about 16 years. Not only is he the most honest heating and a/c person, his prices are the best. A few weeks ago, I called him with a concern about the a/c (the air wasn’t cold). He re-set the thermostat and checked the a/c and didn’t charge for me anything! Not even a service call, which he never charges. I’ve recommended him to all of my friends and they’ve all been very happy.
