I used them them twice. There were good.

Great. They came and stayed until they found the source of the leak. They did a short term fix and will put me on the schedule to come back to do the permanent fix next week.

Everything was good but I had chase them for about 6 months in order to pay them. The quality was good and they showed up fast. The guy that showed up had no idea of what to do for the filling.

Rocky came to our home after hours.  He was knowledgeable, pleasant and very professional. We have used Titletown Plumbing on several occasions and will continue to use their services.  He went above and beyond expectations!

For the work that was done to clear the initial sewer break, repair it and place a new access cap, they did a good job. They also did a good job clearing the plugged bathtub drain. The gentleman who came for the first inspection and estimate was very prompt, courteous and professional. He did a good job. However, I had to call the company more than once to follow up on getting an estimate on the additional work to the sewer line and to try to engage them to complete that work, they didn't return my phone calls, and it has never happened. And the toilet repair was unsuccessful as it runs more than it did before they came. Maybe it's confusion related to the holidays, but somehow administratively it's not working well. I'm moving on to another company to finish the work.

Rocky answered the phone at 6:15pm, which was unbelievable. I love that I could get a real person and not a machine or call center. I explained that I had a leak in the garbage disposal. He assured me that he could have someone out the next day and also have the part. The next day His employee came out and was SUPER friendly and professional. He called me 15 minutes before so I didnt have to miss time from work or wait all day. Turned out the disposal and the drain on the other side of sink both needed to be replaced. ALL DONE. BETTER YET. Rocky said he would just email me the invoice, ( I had used him once before through a property mgt company, he happened to remember me) AWESOME!! Payday is not till next week, so that really worked out for me. I would absolutely recommend him. I like the smaller type company, personal service and quality workmanship!!!!
