Casey did just enough to provide a bare bones report, but he was anything but thorough. Our last inspector was the same price, only so much more professional, thorough, and on time. During an email exchange after the inspection Casey obviously took offense toward me questioning his pricing and he immediately phoned and threatened to "whip my ***." I don't think Casey is a bad guy, or that it was reflective of who he really is, he was probably just frustrated with other things and took it out on me. Hopefully he will come to his senses and put a bit more thought into the way he reacts.

He arrived early, very friendly, very helpful, explained things very well. He came highly recommend and it was worth the money.
