We used Kristen Rabell and Rebecca Johnson for the purchase of a new home as well as for the sale of our old home. We couldn't be more satisfied with our decision. There are a lot of moving parts when both buying and selling properties at the same time. Kristen and Rebecca were on the ball with everything. They gave us reminders on what we needed to be doing/working towards and in some instances even did the scheduling themselves (with our input of course). The most amazing part of dealing with Kristen and Rebecca was their availability. No matter what time of day or night, it seemed that one of them was always available to answer our questions or listen to our concerns. An email, text message or phone call never went more than 5 minutes without a reply. The thing that I am most thankful for in choosing Kristen and Rebecca is that throughout the entire process, I always got the feeling that they never lost sight of what their clients are dealing with on a personal level despite the fact that they deal with these things every day. Professionally, we felt well attended to and felt like we were being represented by a knowledgable and competent team. Personally, we felt like we were dealing with two friends that understood the stressful nature of what we were going through. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Should the need ever arise in the future, we would never dream of using anybody else. Thank you again Kristen and Rebecca.

We found Rebecca Johnson and Kristen Rabell when we were at our wit's end try to sell our father's house after he had passed. It was an unusual house needing lots of care and none of his children lived nearby. The house had been listed with another realtor for over six months with little activity. We then had another relator turn us down saying that the house was too difficult for them to sell. When we found Rebecca and Kristen everything started to turn around. They went out of their way to address the unusual aspect of the house, putting up a huge sign, and they were willing to help us find quotes for some of the necessary repair work. One of the best things was that Rebecca was extremely responsive, answering e-mails and calls very promptly. It was truly a pleasure working with her. With her help, the house did indeed sell, all of the hurdles were overcome, and the estate is now closed out. We can't recommend Rebecca and Kristen highly enough.
