Excellent. Prompt. Friendly. Fast. Very pleased. Carpet looks fantastic!
They began task but could not finish as they needed a different type brush to clean the return air duct. They tried some kind of vacuum system on it but that didn`t work so they said that they would order the brush they needed to finish and let me know when it would arrive and they could finish. I called them 2 days later and asked them when they could expect the brush and they could finish. The girl I spoke to had no idea, but that she would find out and call me back. The next day, I called again. I was told by someone who identified themselves as the company manager that they had no idea that there was an issue with my job and that they would look into it and call me back.
Two weeks after it was scheduled, they finally got it done. But it was totally unprofessional. My grills were removed for the intial cleaning and stayed removed until they finished ,they vacuumed but I had to do a follow up. They said that they would give me an antibiotic treatment for the delays but never did.
I have been in the construction business all my life and really wanted to give a small business a break but in this review I have not even listed all of the negative things that were said and done, only the core information. This company is run more like a gypsy company than a professional construction company. I would not recommend this company.
"I am sorry for the inconvenient with [Member Name Removed], He was informed that we did not have the equipment to do the ducts (special set up his system) in his house, he insisted us in get the tools and finish the job. We bought a special brush ($85.00) to be use only in his house. We came back to finish the job and we did not hear any complaint until now. I want to add, that the customer few weeks after had an emergency, with a tree that fell over his shed. He called us for ask for help (situation that I don't understand if he wasn't satisfied with our business) and we referred the job to a construction company because we are not general contractors. I want to offer my sincere apologies for any inconvenient that we can caused to the customer, and if he want full refund for the service, we wont have any problem to proceed with this. Last week I call Best Restoration for soiled carpet stains. They were out the very next day and did an excellent job. I have used them in 2013 for a rental property bio hazard clean up and they were extremely easy to work on various ways to fix our problem and their work was again excellent. I would recommend them to anyone because they will work with you so well on your options.

Restoration and consulted with him about pet odor, which was a concern.
He offered to visit the home before we even owned it for an evaluation,
which was gracious. We went ahead and closed on the home and then asked
Best Restoration to come out to clean the air ducts to try to eliminate
the odor. They did the air ducts and an ozone treatment for under $300.
We were impressed. Other AC companies that we called charged $500 for
air duct cleaning. Ouch!
Best Restoration was quick to schedule
our services and since this is an investment property, we were in a
tight time line to get the house ready for rent. The guys were super
professional, showing up on time and calling en route to let me know
when they would arrive.
After the initial air duct cleaning and
ozone treatment, there was still a slight odor. Jorge arrived the next
day to review what else might be done. He suggested a few things to us
like cleaning the AC handler and then left us with a black light machine
at no charge. That did the trick! The air quality in the home is
amazing now and there is absolutely no odor, which we thought would be
impossible.
Can't say enough about Best Restoration's customer
service, willingness to help and professionalism. We have since had them
to our own home to clean the air ducts and will continue to use them on
our other investment properties. Impressed!
DO get them to discuss options with you.
Do continue to stress your objectives (ours was more than finding a company that cleans air ducts)
Do treat them with respect (of course). They seem a respectable company focused on providing exceptional customer service.
Do check your options of alternative treatments and price with alternative companies.
