Auto Towing Service
Superior Towing taking advantage of students. My son had his scooter towed (not arguing whether or not it should have been towed). The scooter was apparently towed on a Wednesday and he found out it was at Superior Towing of Friday. He arrived and was told it would be $100.00 towing charge, $50.00 per day storage, $80.00 admin charge, $80.00 lein charge, $60.00 gate charge for a total of $420.00. The scooter was towed about a half a mile. He was given the option to pay $200.00 (and was told that the manager would accept $100.00) and sign over the title to Superior if he couldn't afford the $420. How is this legal?
