 + -1 moreThe delivery guy was very nice. I liked him. But the company overcharges you and they don't follow instructions. You tell them put $300 in the tank and they put $400. I can't stand them but I can't find another Propane company with the right sized tank. I am definitely not happy with them. They're horrible. For the last delivery I told them to give me no more than $300 worth of fuel. Knowing that I have dogs running around the yard they stuck a bill on the front porch. I went out to get the bill when he was leaving and it was already ripped to shreds. The delivery guy is very nice and helpful. I can't say the same for the office people. The manager would deceive me and tell me he would charge me for some things and next thing I know it's on my bill. I've used propane all my life and I've never dealt wit ha company as bad as this one is.
Description of Work: I used Suburban Propane for propane services. They delivered fuel to me a month ago.
