She has a highly professional shop. They're very expensive. You've got superior service. I've got everything I've paid for. I would use this provider again in the future.

My dog had a cut on her rear, right paw. I took her to Suburban (she's
been a patient there for about a year). I saw Dr. Eric van Eerde. He was
just wonderful. Treatment involved several visits as the wound was
deep, took a few weeks to heal and my Phoenix is a and quot;spunkyand quot; giant
schnauzer! Dr. Eric was very compassionate. I really liked him. I will use him again. I also
have to mention one of the tecks, Michael. The first visit it was
raining and quot;cats and dogsand quot; (pun intended). Phoenix is about 75 lbs and
had a big plastic collar around her neck to keep her from chewing her
wound. Michael told me to pull my car up under the small overhang. He
carried Phoenix out and put her in the back of my car for me!!!!

I moved my pets from another vet to Suburban based on many recommendations from my friends.
Dr. Sammy is the vet for my goldendoodle puppy and we LOVE him. He is an amazing vet.
We also had another vet for my senior basset. He was 16+ years old and in very poor heath. Instead of dragging him thru harsh treatments that the other vet wanted to do they offered more of a hospice type treatment. Caring for him and making him comfortable.
I can't speak more highly of Suburban.

The doctors and staff are excellent. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and they're always able to see my dog when we need them. We've seen all of the veterinarians at this clinic over the years. However, our main veterinarian is Dr. Sammy. He is a wonderful veterinarian. He and all of the doctors really do care about the well being of your pets. They take the time to explain the condition/illness that your pet has and they follow up with call backs to check in on your pet. At our most recent visit last month, we had the same pleasant, thorough, and caring visit from the staff and dr. as we have had for the past 13 years. Late last year one of our senior dogs stopped eating. We found out that it was a tumor and the level of compassion that they showed towards her condition and to us was remarkable.

If we need them, they are always there. They always make room for us. The doctor that we use always takes the time to go into detail and explain what's going on with the dog. We have gone through 4-5 dogs. We have two elderly dogs. We have gotten three dogs from one of those died and they have been very good. They go out of their way to let us know what's going on, give us options and make suggestions for options about options. They would also talk about how much it would cost. They are very clear, very precise andvery friendly. They usually can get us in within an hour.

They are good and a little on the expensive side. They have gone out of their way to see our animals for us.

These are wonderful people. We have had our problems with every vet we have ever used, and there are frequently people we have had a particular problems with due their or our personalities clashing. These have been the only people we have dealt with who have tolerated us as well as we have tolerated them. Their caring attitude throughout the clinical and administrative personnel is definitely the major reason we have continued to use them as long as we have. Clinically they are superb. Administratively they are superior to the usual crew you might expect anywhere. There ability to discuss and taking the time to adjust to personal needs and desires makes this the best Vet service we have used anywhere, bar none.

This is a wondewrful place. They are personable and warm, and they time to explain and give options. They listen to you and your concerns. It is like dealing with family. I do not hesitate to recommend them.
