Sales rep was very professional and clear but the sales presentation on the history of Sears was just too time-consuming and did not add any swaying factor in my decision.
I wished I had known in advance that there will be a 2 hour long sales pitch. I could have been better prepared for it or not asked for an estimate from Sears at all.

They delivered on time. I was not happy with the way they installed it. I had to undo their installation and redo it. I would use their delivery service again but not their installation service.

I love their appliances. We have had good luck with them. We did not shop around and went to Sears because we wanted to stick to our budget. We had a person help us and he was really good. The price also included delivering the goods and installing them.
