This is a follow up to previous review. I just had made roof cleaned. There were 2 additional areas that covers were not placed on the gutters. Now leaves are getting stuck and backed up in there. The cleaner took pictures to show me. Probably the worst job I've ever seen.

Great communication via txt (as requested) and great work. I used them years ago to replace a smaller section.

Six months after install of gutter covers, I noticed the down spout getting backed up with leaves. I could see that the cover did not go all the way to the downspout. I texted Kevin April 8, 2019 and sent a picture. He wrote back: “I’ll take care of it.” After 2 weeks I called and he said he would be by in a few days. I waited at home and he never showed. After additional texts to him and leaving phone messages which he doesn’t return I climbed up a ladder to see if the cover slipped out of place. Looks like he never even installed it all the way to the end of the gutter. Needless to say I would never use him for any of the services he offers. I have the texts and phone log to prove how many times I tried to contact him.

Excellent! His price was much better than another company and another company never responded to my phone calls. Within one week of me calling Rick the work was completed in one day and he and his helper did an excellent job. I will be calling him again when I need the sides done.

Worker climbed on top of the enclosure with no safety equipment. Screens were loose and the rubber stays almost immediately began to come loose. I have repaired them numerous times and now the entire job needs to be re-done. It has only been 6 years. The original screens lasted 14 years.

Came out and gave initial estimate. Stated they needed to work out the scheduling for the job and would contact me in the next day or so. Never called back to confirm the job scheduling. Messages left on their voicemail. No contacts. I assume they didn't want the job.

Contacted them again several weeks later and restarted the process. Got a new estimate a few days later. The person doing the estimate said he'd have to get back to the office and "find the book" before he could schedule service.It took over a week to get back to me to arrange a service date.

On the agreed service date they were a no-show. We called them mid-afternoon to see if they were coming that day. The response was that they were running late due to weather, but they would still arrive around 6 pm. Didn't show up and no call to explain or reschedule (we had to cancel plans for that evening). Called them again the next day and they said they would be out that day. Called again mid-afternoon and was finally informed they were on they way.

Once they arrived, the work itself was done properly and efficiently w/o any issues.

The people actually doing the work were fine, but the company's management and organization are pretty bad.

Kevin arrived on time and immediately went too work. He installed pet door in existing screened pool area. He did a excellent job.

Would recommend.

Kevin was very punctual and friendly.  I called one day, he came out the next.   He replaced 4 large screens and a medium sized one. He even threw in a smaller one and found a hole in the screen door and replaced that one with no extra charge.  I would definitely call him again.  The new screens look great!  We are very pleased.

First - this is not a large outfit. It's the owner and a few very good crew members. However, after contacting the owner by phone and leaving message, he called back the next day to set up a day to quote. Came out the next day after initially promising 2 days(! - first good sign). He had finished a job in my area and called me on my cell to ask if he could come by earlier than promised. He took about 15 minutes, gave me the quote; we agreed on a price and he was awarded the job. Set the installation date for (as I recall) 10 days later - the Tuesday after Easter - and showed up on time (another good sign). Originally said he would need 1-2 days depending upon weather but only needed one(!) day. Finished job by 5;30 that same day. Owner was extremely professional, courteous and polite. When I had earlier asked about what "guarantee" he offered, he said if there were any problems they would likely show up in the first few days/weeks (like something coming loose) I could call him and he would come right back out and fix it. There were no problems and the screening looks terrific! I had some friends over a week later and every one commented how great the pool looked (!?). Everything was so bright. It was clearly the new screen. The old one - as I figured out quickly - had been worse than I thought.
One more thing - he also replaced all the hardware on both screen doors leading to the outside(!). He said after cleaning all the framework and deck, he does that on his jobs because the "old" hardware always looks bad in comparison. Very nice.

It is important to note that I do. It remember the exact date that I had this work done but could. to submit this review without a date so my time may be off. It was within the past year though. Kevin arrived exactly when he told me he was going to be at my home and gave me a very fair estimate for my repair after raking to other screen repair companies. His crew arrived on the planned day and performed the work in a very timely and neat way. Workers were very friendly and well skilled. I have used Screen Doctors 2 or 3 times now and won't use anyone else. I would absolutely recommend them for any screen repairs.

Pressure washed pool deck and screen. They did a very nice job.

It took then a while to finish the job. The weather interfered a bit, but some other days, they just showed up for just a few hours. The job took a little longer than promised. Overall, they did a very good job.

Roof of screen enclosure is approximately 60' x 30'. Work was on the roof only (no walls). Good experience from start to finish: prompt appointment to give me a quote, price was a little better than two other quotes I received, work was done on the days promised (2 days work) and it looks great. I will call them again in the future.

It was easy, fast, and affordable.

Kevin came out and did the estimate very promptly and then waited until
we gave him the OK to start as this was part of a staged renovation.
The only slight hitch was he had our start date wrong but when we
called the day it was supposed to be done he apologized profusely and
volunteered a price adjustment which impressed me. He sent someone
immediately and the job itself was done very quickly and expertly. We
have no complaints or problems with the work at all and would use Kevin
again. We recommend him without reservation.came
