This is a small outfit of two people. They rely on the word-of-mouth for referrals, so they do exemplary work. I've no complaints so far. The prices are reasonable and they're very straight with the information and advice. Since there are only two of them they potentially might not be as immediately available as techs from the larger companies, but the few times I needed them over fast they were able to make it, so in practice they're great in that regard as well.

It was good. He did a good job at what he did and he called back to make sure everything was working fine. He gives quality service.

The work was done very professionally. Scott even cleaned the leaves that had gathered around the AC and individually cleaned the vents - said that he did not like to see them unclean.

Very good experience!   Scott communicated what he was doing and answered all my questions!  I felt he was very thorough, and went as far as checking on my warranty to know what the situation would be if I had any more issues down the road.  Also checked my batteries in the thermostats and they all were LOW.  We don't think to check that.  As soon as he left, I could feel the difference!

Appointments were kept promptly.  Recommendations made good sense in terms of providing good value.  Not the cheap way out and not cutting edge, simply the best value for the money.  Workmanship was very professional.  They arrived when they said they would, did a fine job on the installation and cleaned up completely after themselves.  We've lived with the system for a couple of months now and continue to be very happy.  It is much quieter than our old system and our electric bill has gone down much more than I would have expected.

I have used them for sometime, so I like their service very much.  Overall, I rate them highly.  I would use them again in the future.

The installation of the new unit was done very quickly.  Lance came out that afternoon and removed the old units and then the following day the new unit was installed.  Both Scott and Lance were very professional and called me when they were on their way and kept me updated on when the new unit would arrive etc.  Both Scott and Lance are very experienced and answered all my question.  Scott was able to give me a very competitive bid on a 4 ton unit.  I would highly recommend them and will use them for all future A/C needs.

Scott is familiar with AC unit, as the company replaced the unit 3 years ago (he and Lance did an excellent job!) and this was its second full service inspection.
Knowing that either he or Lance will arrive to perform any of the services requested is invaluable.  If I cannot be there, a neighbor could let either Scott or Lance in, as I trust them completely.
Once Scott arrives, he quickly begins inspecting the inside unit.  We conversed about the units performance and different methods of keeping the unit functioning at an optimum level. The thermostat was checked and then he proceeded to inspect the outside ac mechanisms.
Scott is conscious of keeping work areas clean, locked patio and security doors when outside inspection was completed.  He leaves the home as it was before he arrived.  Very professional.

We have used Scott for a number of years and found him to be responsive and reliable. He is our regular AC person and we have a total of four central units he services on a regular basis. We recommend him highly.

My utility bills were outrageous and he told me that I needed a new unit. He's always done a good job and he just has great character. I like that he's honest. He's just awesome.
