Very well.  Very upfront on what was involved, timeline, etc.  All work done professionally and on time.

They were excellent! They were fabulous! I've got nothing but good things to say about them. I have no complaints. They did excellent work. They were on time. That was 2009 and as far as I can tell, we were the sole source of income for about 5 people for the whole year, but that wasn't our intent. It was fine as far as the outcome. We had nothing but positive experience with them. I would highly recommend them. I think he really doesn't do renovations anymore. I think he does new houses now. I just think that anyone who gets him as a contractor is a very lucky person.

They did an excellent job. No complaints.

The work took several months, but was done on time. It was all done
professionally. At every stage Ed Schoder provided us with alternatives
and excellent advice. We are completely satisfied with the work and the
outcome.

IT WENT GREAT!!! NOT ONLY DID ED DO WHAT WAS CONTRACTED ED ALSO INSTALLED A NEW DOORBELL, NEW PORCH LIGHT, AND PUT NEW NUMBERS ON THE HOUSE. (ED SAW WE HAD PURCHASED THESE AND SAID HE WOULD LIKE TO DO THIS FOR US.)
THEY BLEW ALL THE LEAVES OFF THE ROOF, TOOK OFF THE SCREEN PORCH A LARGE GRILL, A DOG IGLOO, DOG BEDS, A TABLE AND CHAIRS, CUT AND ROLLED UP A VERY DIRTY OUTDOOR CARPET AND SET OUT FRONT FOR GARBAGE PICKUP FOR ME. (WHEN PRESSURE WASHING THE HOUSE THEY ALSO PRESSURE WASHED THE OUTSIDE OF THE GRILL AND DOG IGLOO)
WHILE ON THE ROOF THEY DISCOVERED SQUIRRELS HAD EATEN AWAY THE COATING ON ALL 3 OF OUR VENTING PIPES. HE ARRAINGED FOR HIS ROOFING GUY TO COME GIVE ME A PRICE TO REPLACE THE 3 VENTS AND PUT SQUIRREL CAGES OVER THE PIPES.
ALSO, AFTER THEY HAD ONE COAT OF PAINT ON THE TRIM WE DID NOT LIKE THE COLOR WE HAD CHOSEN AND ED SAID NO PROBLEM AND LET US CHANGE THE COLOR.
ALL OF THIS WAS NO EXTRA CHARGE. (OF COURSE I INSISTED ON TIPPING ED AND HIS WORKER FOR HIS GREAT SERVICE.
IN THIS DAY AND AGE IT'S HARD TO FIND PEOPLE THAT TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND THEIR WORD. ED IS A MAN OF HIS WORD AND WORK ETHIC i WILL PROUDLY SHOW OFF OUR HOME AND RECOMMEND YOU HIRE ED!!
