This is a very unsolicited five star review. Matt And Becky the owners are wonderful honest people the other employee that I met was super polite, nice knowledgeable, etc. etc. can’t speak highly enough of these guys honest and get the job done right they may not be the cheapest, but it’s worth it if you need the job done the way you need it to get done and not have to worry about it.. had the same job done before by others but done incorrectly. Left a message yesterday afternoon and received a call promptly at 8am.Less than an hour Jonathan arrived before the time I was quoted. He asked questions to access what we were experiencing and what he was about to do. He did not leave until he checked the toilets, sinks and tubs to make sure we had water and flushing toilets. The main line was clogged and in no time we were flushing toilets. This is the company to call.

The gentleman who came out to help us truly went above and beyond to help us locate the issue. Turned out not to be a plumbing issue but an A/C issue, but without his bulldog persistence it could’ve taken days to figure it out. Saved us time and more importantly damage (which translates to cost) to our house. Consider this family a loyal customer because of how this dude decided to not throw his hands up and leave when he could have.

We came to Angi when our pipe cracked and was leaking. Roto Router was the first name to pop up. I was very impressed by how quickly they responded. They called within 30 minutes and arrived within 2 hours. That is where the good things ended. When Ernesto arrived, he acted like he didn't want to be here. I tried explaining the issues, and he ignored me. The guy that was here working on the carpet and walls had to get his attention to tell him the issue. Then he walked around for 30 minutes like he didn't know what to do. Finally, after 30 minutes he fixed the pipe which took about 5 minutes. I kept trying to ask questions but he didn't want to answer. Told me all was fixed. I paid $700 for this guy to walk around for 30 minutes doing nothing then fix the issue in 5. A total waste of money and time. The pipe is still leaking. This company is not worth the price tag or the frustration. I am still unsure what caused the leak and I know it's not fixed as there is still water coming out from the bottom of my house.

Charged $60 for the part, a small plastic part. Promised to order screw and cap to finish fixing so that the handle would not fall again but, never heard from them again. Buying the screw and cap ourselves, for $8, we suppose that the price of the part replaced could not have been $60. Plus $299 for labor, just for stepping in the house. Outrageous, and an unfinished job.

We hadn't been in the home for 4 months when the drains started backing up. Naturally, the problem occurred on a weekend. They were there promptly and had the problem rectified quickly.

He snaked a camera through the pipe & saw where the problem was. Then he asked my husband to look through the camera lens at the area that was causing the clog. Then he removed the roots with a drill & cleared the area so that the plumbing in our house would drain properly.

They were excellent.  I was very pleased with them.  They were on time.  They did what they said and they were polite.  Everything about them was excellent.

It took them 3 visits and they still didn't get everything done.  Generally, I'm just not satisfied with them.

They had done an excellent job with the block. So, I decided to use them again. They did an excellent job with the master bedroom. A week ago, all the hell broke loose when the pipe broke inside the wall. When I called them, they came out right away to fix it. It cost me $520. The upgrades done in the master bedroom was about $1045. I like them because they are straightforward. They let me know how much the work would cost me. They are on time, which is a rarity these days. They set up the schedule. They have been on time the three times I have used them. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The technician came out and explained everything he was going to do and how long he expected it to take.  We were having trouble with one of the bathtub drains even after cleaning that line twice, but they stayed until they figured out a solution.  Turns out one of our grandkids left us a present in the drain - a shampoo bottle cap!

We had a mishap in the laundry room when some sludge had backed up in the line and spattered a set of drapes (sheers) in a nearby laundry basket.  He was getting ready to offer to replace them as he called his wife to see how much she thought they would be.  Fortunately these were old sheers and we told him that if it was a problem we would let him know, but likely we would just throw them out.

I had no problem with the work and would recommend them.  The drains work fine.  I did have a problem with a mixup on the scheduling, but he explained that they had someone in the office working temporarily and she didn't give us a proper explanation of the appointment time.  It was supposed to be a range of time rather than the specific time she gave us.  Other than that they were great.  It was a bit pricey, but I think that is because of the new equipment being used, and they did give me a discount due to the scheduling problem.  This treatment should last another 7-8 years and when you break it down per year, it's not so bad.

I called to have them come out and unplug the bathroom tub drain. The woman taking my order got the info from me 4 X, said the technician would arrive within a half hour; wasn't there in an hour; called back; said 10 more minutes; 30 minutes later, still not here; canceled service call. Told her I had to get to work when I first made the appt. Totally uncool.

It was quick and not drawn out. He got here, he asked about the problem, he explained what needed to be done, and did it.
