I was concerned because of some cracks in the outside walls of my ocala-block house (built in the mid-50s), particularly near to a large live oak which I suspected my be sending roots under the foundation.  Ram Jack's representative Jason Cain met me at my  house and performed a very thorough investigation (inside and out) and determined that I did not have any foundation problems at this time.  Mr. Cain was friendly and very articulate, and explained carefully what he was looking for and what he found.  Both my wife and I were very impressed with his professionalism.  I will certainly contact Ram Jack Solid Foundations again if I ever have a problem with my foundation, and I will recommend them to others.

I was very happy with Ram Jack. The other major foundation company in the area wanted to do three times the amount of work needed to correct my foundation issue and quoted $30,000 for an overkill solution. The first set of brackets Ram Jack installed sat too high and were visible on my back patio. I talked to the owner and his crew came back and replaced the brackets with no questions asked. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job.

This particular company is a franchise of RamJack Foundation Solutions which has been in business since 1968.  The company offers a lifetime warranty on its work.  This franchise of the company covers a lot of territory (the entire northern half of Florida as far west as Pensacola and southern Georgia). The crew arrived on time and got right to work.  They installed two supports to lift and stabilize the sinking slab, filled the void beneath the slab and sealed the crack between the porch slab and the piece which had broken off and was sinking.  Despite the need to bring several vehicles into my yard, damage to the lawn was minimal.  The total time from arrival to completion was just a few hours.   I was curious about the process and procedures they used and the crew leader was good about responding to my questions as they worked.  When they finished, they cleaned up the worksite and smoothed out the disturbed soil.   Highly recommended.  I'd definitely hire them again but I certainly hope I won't need to do so.

We were very impressed with the job they did. There was a lot of work to be done. They had to install two new beams, one on either side of the rotten beam to bare the weight of the house. They installed jacks every few feet that are adjustable so if they need to be adjusted, we can go under there and do that ourselves. The whole underside is sealed off and a new scuttle hole was put in. The dehumidifier works great. We also had all of our air conditioner ducts replaced after they left so that everything under the house is brand new. We are very pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend this company.They completed the work in about four days. They showed up on time and put in a full days work each day.

Went very well, used a three man crew that was very experienced and professional.  Was also very efficient and did a great job with a clean up.

Came and gave estimate, set up date, arrived on time and did job in 2 days. I waited so long to reply, because I wanted to see that no new cracks had formed, and so far, so good.

The Ram Jack team was very profesiional and helpful. They took time to explain in detail the work that was being performed and the reasons why, as well as the potential end results.
