Thank God these people are no longer in business! Not only did they tear up my home and lawn/garden, I STILL have switches that are not connected to anything, they disconnected working switches, they tore up my sprinkler system and did not repair, and JUST THIS WEEK I found a 300 amp cable lying on the drywall in the ceiling of my garage that is HOT, not up to code, and a HUGE SAFETY hazard for anyone doing any work out there (drywall repair or garage door install). I am frankly surprised that someone has not DIED as a result of their shoddy workmanship.

I believe that this company is no longer in business, but if not, avoid them at all costs.  They installed a generator where I work, and although our company paid them for the generator, they never paid the generator manufacturer and we were held up for over a year trying to get our generator turned on while they repeatedly lied.  First they claimed they paid cash for the generator but didn't keep a record, then they claimed that they knew that a specific person at our company had made the payment for the generator -- but this person had been dead for months.  We finally got this resolved a few months back when they admitted they lied, which is why I haven't posted this until now.  If they had a grade below 'F' that indicated the company was criminal, I would have chosen that.

They have done good work for us.  They did a great job.  They were quick to respond.  They were available and highly professional. Our primary electrician is a friend of ours and if he is not available we would definitely use Pro Electrical.

Called for emergency service and they came right out.

I compared three companies and chose Pro-Electric because of their pricing, their no-contract policy, their customer service and because they came highly recommended. They customized our security to system to fit our needs and our budget. They do not require a monitoring contract ? it's a month-to-month monitoring fee which is $20. We called the week before Thanksgiving, they quickly got us a quote and installed the entire system before we left town for the Thanksgiving holiday. In the year since it was installed, we have one false alarm caused by a motion sensor that went on the blink. They came out the next day and replaced the sensor ? no charge! They were punctual, courteous and extremely professional.
