PLANNED FURNISHINGS

We were recommended this company by our realtor. We thought their price was a little high for the wood flooring, but we absolutely loved the hardwood flooring because it didn't look like it was distressed by a machine (even though it was). A lot of the distressed hardwoods we saw in other places was uniform on each board so it was obviously done by a machine. They were able to install the flooring so that the boards looked uniquely distressed. We also have a fireplace that is covered with limestone rocks jutting out at different angles. The installer spent almost all day one day cutting each of the boards around all of the angles. It looks amazing! The boards seem to go under the fireplace!
There were a couple of problems with the scheduling of the installation and the carpet installation. There was a miscommunication on when they were going to begin installing the flooring, so they started a few days later than what we had planned. We also had them install carpet in one bedroom, but there wasn't enough carpet ordered to finish the room. They were able to come back in a week and finish installing it.
Overall, we had a great experience with this company. We enjoyed meeting Scoot and his son (the owners of the store) and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. If we weren't so poor after purchasing this house and paying for the flooring, we'd have them install the hardwood throughout the rest of the house!

They removed old carpets and pad and installed new carpet. Carpet was reasonable priced for the quality of carpet. They started and ended right on schedule. Carpet looks beautiful!
