They did a wonderful job. They were here when they said they would be. Called to say what they would be doing next and then did it. Cleaned up and left everything in wonderful shape. We love it. Highly recommend them.

They emptied the pool, cleaned off the old paint, cut a line under the existing tiles and rolled out bond material, then hand troweled on the new coat of cement mixed with tiny bits of blue stone and refilled the pool. Every step was done by an experienced worker that was employed at that company for several years. Everyone came on time and left the workplace clean. All along we were informed about each step of the process and the time it would take. All work went according to plan and the result was as promised. Would hire them again, but with the quality of the result we might not need them for another 30 years!

They encountered some issues with our pool along the way (the pool light needed to be replaced and the jacuzzi was hopeless, so we decided to disconnect it and replaster the pool only). He and his wife came out and gave an estimate, which was at the lower end of the range. I definitely recommend their work. The only caution I'd offer is to get your agreement in writing, as well as any changes along the way...not because they are dishonest, but because it makes good sense and memories of what was agreed to are not always in synch. I would definitely hire them again.
