Some good things were accomplished. My home looks better overall, but at least two things that were promised were not done, including final touch ups on the front door, which I now have to do myself. I will not work with this contractor again.

They did a great job. The crew paid close attention to detail, followed instructions, and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't ask for anything more. And they had competitive rates. I highly recommend Norris Group.

Mark did an excellent job power washing the driveway and entire house. He made suggestions, asked if any plants were valuable, explained what he would do and the solution used. I will call him for other projects. He came for an estimate with equipment ready to do the job if agreed to; liked this as it saved time and the job was done.

They "forgot" to blow off part of my roof or power wash my curb. However they were very quick and did a great job on the rest of my house.

They used a bleach solution to clean my house, and it was very effective. But the smell was overwhelming and it turned all my plants black where it fell, and spotted the deck where it splashed.

I was amazed, when I got back home and inspected the job, the Pressure washing was done, while I was gone. It was almost perfect, because of the rain, it is hard to see the dark rafters where you left off and where it has to be done. I would recommend this Company highly.

Mike did a superior job in cleaning my gutters, roof and siding. I could not believe the before and after difference - it looks like I had a new roof installed on my house! Job site was cleaned dup and I had time to review the finished work before paying anything. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone who has mildew and dirt on their roof. It is great value for your money.
