Description of Work: I had purchased a Simplicity vacuum about 10 yrs. ago from them and it was still working just fine until recently one of my kids tried to "help" by using my vacuum. They ran over something too big and the fan shattered causing it to seize. I took it in to National Vacuum and the staff told me it could be fixed. I was relieved that it was an affordable price and I got it back in a timely way. I highly recommend these people as they go out of their way to help you in a professional way.

 + -1 moreI have been using them for over 20 years. I purchased a machine from them. They have serviced both the machine I purchased from them and others I did not. They always have reasonable pricing. They sold me a part for a machine and tools for install for only $20.00. In addition, they showed me how to properly take it apart and put it back together the machine. They have given me free bags and cleanings, they have great customer service!

Description of Work: Before ordering replacement bags and hose-end replacement for Kirby Sentria vac online I visited this store (1 of 3 in Gainesville under same name/ownership). They were extremely accomodating: allowed me to trade a set of bags incorrectly acquired by my mother-in-law for her vac for the correct ones; repaired the damaged hose while I waited for a nominal fee (including the fitting); and, worked with me on price of the bags to be more-competitive with the on-line purchase I had been considering. Definitely a pleasant experience, feel good about buying local, won't hesitate to go back.
