I have been using them for over 20 years. I purchased a machine from them. They have serviced both the machine I purchased from them and others I did not. They always have reasonable pricing. They sold me a part for a machine and tools for install for only $20.00. In addition, they showed me how to properly take it apart and put it back together the machine. They have given me free bags and cleanings, they have great customer service!
