Excellent, we have used them in the past for everything from new drain fields to the recent problems we had with the well pump and the holding tank.  Highly recommend them for all your needs.

I called and explained that one of the tanks had already been pumped out by them, 7 months ago. But when the crew arrived, while his helper was still digging up the second tank, the driver started pumping out the first tank which did not have much in it. When I pointed out that we did not order them to pump that same tank again, he said, "well, then do you want me to pump it back?" I wanted to be reasonable about it, and said that it was ok if they could offer a discount. But they ended up charging me the full amount for pumping two tanks. They are scoundrels, including the boss of the company who understood perfectly what happened, but pretended to justify their gouging me, later on the phone.

Unfortunately, I let Myers talk me into doing the job cheaply by cutting some corners on the installation method. I should have known better, and I take responsibility for following their poor advice. Now, less than two years later, the drain field is failing and sewage backs up into our bathroom and seeps above ground in our back yard. After informing the company about this issue and asking for guidance about how to fix the problem (we even informed Myers that we were willing to pay more to have it done correctly this time), the company has ignored our multiple requests for assistance. We have given up and called a competing company for service.

When the kitchen sink once again began failing to drain, we suspected that the kitchen septic tank needed to be pumped since it had been a couple of years since the last time it had been emptied. Myers Brothers came out right away and did the job quickly and efficiently. The technician snaked the pipes as far as he could, which improved the situation but didn't solve the problem entirely. He explained the next logical steps to be taken, and after he finished pumping the tank, he not only replaced the soil that had been removed to allow him access to the tank, he even hosed down the nearby walkway where the dirt had been deposited. We have always been pleased with the services provided by Myers Brothers.

17.It was done in a day once the permit was obtained. The 2 men were professional and efficient. There were lots of tree roots and sand over clay, and they accidently cut and repaired a water line. They put all the dirt back over the field when finished.

Called Myers and they responded in a timely manner.Adequate equipment for the job,and friendly service person.Job was completed satisfactorily with a recommendation for drain field replacement.

I called them a couple minutes after 8 and they were here by lunchtime. There were two guys and the guy in charge figured out the problem within minutes. He went and got the parts and fixed it quickly. I have used them before for the septic tank.

OOPS! No water.Called Myers. They showed up a few hours later, analyzed the problem, had the parts on the service truck. Fixed the problem.

It was a quite a reasonable amount, but they did a great job. They did permit and everything and we did not have to do anything. We spent around $2000 on that service. They were really excellent.

I experienced flushing problem in both toilets at the same time.Icalled Myers to request a septic tank pump out to determine if that was the problem or if further work was required.They were able to fit me into their schedule and the service man arrived a few hours later.Upon removal of the septic tank lid he determined there was a clog at the end of the drain pipe going into the tank.The tank was also in need of pumping,although that wasn't the immediate cause of the problem.He removed the clog,pumped the tank and the problem was resolved in short order.The service man was professional,explaing the procedures as he went,friendly and courteous.The lawn and driveway were undisturbed,and with the exception of a small patch of replaced earth over the tank,there was no indication anything had been touched.

They did a very good job at helping me figuring out the problem and getting it solved. They were very professional and nice. They knew what they were doing and helped me work through the problem. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I was charged the quoted price, but less than half of the agreed upon work was completed.

UPDATE: follow up report. Competitor DAMPIERS serviced the second tank on the property promptly, without any difficulty, and charged the agreed upon price.

Old trailer, we had been patching up the septic system for about 5 years. Had Meyers come out to pump the tank before we could call Roto Rooter. Ron Meyers (the owner) came himself. Asked him for a quote to dig the entire septic field. Gave us the best price we'd ever been given for the project. We went ahead and had them do it. YIKES those guys were good. Dug up the old field yanked out the bad piping, laid the new, hooked it all back up. What was truly amazing is that they completely finished the job. Replaced all the surface soil and actually SMOOTHED it out. Hubby and I thought we'd have to do that ourselves. NICE JOB! Fast, on time, at the quoted price.
