Mini Maid

The ladies always do a great job and are very professional. The office management and owners are outstanding to work with.

It went Ok. The crew I had a few months ago used a better cleaning solution. Also, the tile in my bathroom was not completely wiped down. I felt like they could have done a more thorough job on porch with the sweeping and mopping. They missed some areas that needed to be dusted. A pleasant group however.

They are a national company, and they did a good job. The cost is $20 per person per hour, and so it depends on the size of your house. They are in and out in about an hour and half, which is the reason I really like them. They come out twice a month. They are efficient.

All 4 ladies came and were eagerly prepared to scrub house. From ceiling fans to floors, they did an amazing job. I would definitely hire them again and recommend to anyone looking for quality work!!

Have been using Mini Maids about every three weeks for last year

From what I can tell they did everything I requested. They were on time and got right to work.

They are very dependable, they come here when they say they're going to be, they give you a spread of time, like between 1 and 3, and they're here. Even if they have to replace 1 of the members of the team, the office will call us. Occasionally they call us and ask if we want to come earlier because somebody must attend some other job but we found them to be efficient, they do the same steady job each time. The price is better than what I had gotten with Molly Maid and some of the others that we tried to do, that I know that's why we stayed with them. As far as consistency is concerned, I'm very happy. If there's a delay or if they want to come early, there's always somebody from the office that will call first.

I've used Mini Maid for many years. They have been very, very easy to work with. They are very responsive to my needs. If I have a complaint, they're very responsive and take care of that problem. They even sent a supervisor out to inspect the house and make good on whatever was not done right the first time. They are very pleasant on the phone when I call to find out times and so forth or to change times. They've been excellent to work with. They're a great company.

A team of 4 cleaners arrived and finished on time, were friendly and
courteous and did a very nice job. The cleaning was easy to arrange by
phone.

We have been with them for a number of years. For the most part, we have been very satisfied. They are continuously changing staff. Whenever anything isn't done exactly to our liking, if we call the office, it's taken care of. They give me a period of time when they are supposed to show up and sometimes they call sooner or later.

Company sent in 3 very hard working people, who came in, went straight to work, and kept at it until the job was done. Excellent work. When the appointment was set up, 4 people were supposed to come in at an hourly price quoted. The cost of 3 people was slightly higher per person hourly than the cost of 4, and may have taken longer than would have done with 4, probably increasing the total cost. But no complaints, as the work was very well done with a very hard working group of people who did not waste any time. When the crew realized how long it was taking, a fourth person, we think the supervisor, came in to check on things and ended up staying to help get them finished. My husband and I were both very impressed.

the cleaning overall was satisfactory. the disappointment was the punctuality and price. the company called and asked to reschedule our time for earlier in the day. i agreed.then they were a few hours late. the company did not call me,i called to check on them. the person i spoke with said the crew was taking lunch and would be here shortly. when they did arrive they asked to use some of my cleaning supplies,which surprised me. then part of their crew did not show up. the company charges by the amount time it takes to clean. therefore i was charged a higher price than quoted.
i would use the service in a pinch but am looking for a different company. the company i used weekly in south carolina does not have an office here or i would use them.

The request was fulfilled quickly and the people in the office were polite and efficient. I was called ahead of time to meet them at the apartment and everything went exactly as planned. They did an excellent job! Everything was spotless. Stove bright and shiny, porch cleaned, even the mold along the windows was bleached and were as white as new. The women were polite and professional.

The maids showed up as a team of 3. They were very courteous as I was finishing getting ready for work. They quickly got to work each one of them accomplishing different tasks. The house was clean in no time.

Mini Maids have cleaned my home for many years. They always do a wonderful job. They are polite and hard working and I trust them 100%.
