They normally don't do our master, but they say, "How about we clean the floors of the master for you?". They're always kind of doing a little extra thing. We've used them every month. We found them to be very trustworthy. They're really nice. They ask about dogs. I think one time, one of them missed something and then they apologized, they came right back out and they fixed it.
