I’ve bought and sold five homes, both with the help of a realtor and on my own, so I feel like I’ve got enough experience to offer a useful perspective of Gia’s abilities. Her local knowledge is second to none. She knows the process inside and out. She had a really good understanding of what we were looking for. She was always available (a quality I hope I didn’t abuse!). She’s very well connected and was a super resource when we needed help from other professionals (appraisers, contractors, roofers, and other professionals). She’s well-respected by and has a great working relationship with other realtors in the area. She’s got great sense of humor which, in my opinion, is critical when you’re working on something that can be as stressful as buying or selling a home. During the process of home shopping, my wife and I entered into a contract on a house that we wanted out of after some issues came up during the inspection process. Here's a situation where the seller isn't happy; the sellers agent isn't happy; and what I needed was someone to make this problem go away quickly with minimal hassle so we could get back to home shopping. She made it happen.
