LYNNDALE CONSTRUCTION

We had never built a house before and grappled first with 3 big needs; contractor integrity, a well built home & staying within our limited budget. We are thrilled we got all 3. We have lived in our Lyndale multi generational smart built home over 2 years now and thoroughly enjoy it. It was designed to accommodate our parents long term with an attached suite/apartment, and then be something we could move into, with our kids taking over the house when we are in a similar stage of life. Thinking towards today and tomorrow, we are already seeing savings & bennifits using the strong (FEMA approved) SIP construction (definitely appreciated through hurricane Irma). Rob's nitch for user friendly greener options have afforded us peace of mind knowing our home is healthier for all of us, young & old. The LED lighting, tankless water heaters & other energy tamers, are a huge success reflected on our monthly electric bill. As problems arose (and they will), Rob came to us to discuss options rather than hiding it from us (my big concern). Most problems worked out just fine and some even worked to our advantage. It was a real wet Summer but we were happy with the progress. Rob is a very knowledgeable & diligent professtional, but his integrity put me at ease. The name Smart Built Home really sums up the company well.
