I called Kennedy, explained the situation, and they had the original technician out here within the hour.  They jumped right on it.  I give them creds for that. 

Let me begin from the beginning.  We contacted three other electricians to get an estimate on the work we wanted to have done.  Of those Kennedy was the only company/person who provided us with one and it was provided the very next day via email as promised. 

Two men arrived on the scheduled day at the scheduled time.  They ran into some problems such as one encounters in older homes, and for a time really struggled with getting the proper accoutrements into one of our walls due to obstructions of some sort.  It took them a couple of hours to complete just this part of the process.  They arrived around 9 a.m. and were here until about 4 p.m. and finished all of the major part of the work.  The next day, one of them came back and put on the finishing touches.  The whole project was done in time on Friday morning for me to clean the place (there's a lot of dust when one is cutting through plaster).  The guys were very nice, and very professional.  They bent over backwards to make us happy including installing a dimmer switch for my pot lights on the spur of the moment. 

I would hire this company again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

After a tree fell during a storm, the local power company decided that they needed to start the power, so they blew the meter right off the wall. We called Kennedy Electric on an emergency basis and they came out within 2 days and did all the work. They replaced everything that needed to be replaced, so we that could restore our power. Their pricing was reasonable and the quality of their work was good.
