Started on time and finished on time. Very good quality. In the past we heard reviews of the contractor being slow to finish the final punch list, however, we made sure to keep diligent on the needs and the contractor was responsive. The job supervisor (Larry) did a very good job keeping the quality and job moving in the right direction. We felt that we had to keep up on the progress of the job as we were not in town during most of the construction. We made sure we chose the detailed items that we wanted (door handles, plumbing fixtures, vanities, etc... to every detail. There were very few minor items that needed to be finalized, however that went well.
The final clean-up at the end could have been better, however the overall job and quality for what we wanted in a newly built home went well. We moved in in November 2015 and since we have now been in for about four months now, we have a couple of minor adjustments that needed to be done, but the vendors and so far (knock on wood) the job was done professionally and we felt was a good value.
