Description of Work: From my first phone call to the completion of the work, this was a great experience! This is a mom and pop business, focused on customer service. JJ knows locks!!! He fixed our broken lock, and made improvements to every lock in our house, quickly, efficiently, and at a fraction of what I expected to pay.

Description of Work: He came promptly, and worked for an hour and a half, but was unable to install a mail-order lock I had purchased. It wasn't really his fault that the lock didn't fit; I just wish he had been able to diagnose the issue sooner.

We just bought a new home and I knew we needed to re-key the locks but I had not hired a locksmith before so I called this service just based off of reviews; JJ and his team provided the excellent service and security represented in the reviews and went above and beyond expectation. There were two locksmiths at our home for two hours, cleaning all parts of the door and lock and then rekeying the locks. They did a thorough job and were professional and personable the entire time. I know my home is secure because of the work and professionalism of this team.
Description of Work: Re-keyed all of the locks in our home, provided full service on all doors, locks, hinges, and was overall friendly, personable, and responsive.

JJ was not able to fix the lock because it was so old but he gave us options of locks and installed it very quickly. We would highly recommend.

 + -1 moreWe purchased a condo for our son to live in while he is in grad school. We had lost the mailbox key and we were not happy with the quality of the lock and door hardware on the condo itself. We had also been advised to change the locks in the home inspection. I called JJ's and spoke to the delightful Elaine. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. I also asked that they check the quality of other locks while they were there. The next day they met my son at the time we set which was early evening to accommodate my son's schedule. They did everything they said they would do in a caring and professional manner. I would have gladly paid to have additional locks changed but J.J. did not advise that this was necessary. We got extra keys for being members of Angie's List. I have already recommended J.J.'s to others. Thanks for great service and peace of mind.

Thank goodness for companies like JJ's Locksmith's and Angie's List!! Excellent company to do business with! Very professional, prompt, courteous and excellent work. All the hardware was tightened up and lubricated as part of the service and the keys work perfectly. Description of Work: Guys showed up on time as promised. Upon completion of the work, I experienced a problem with one of the locks.  + -1 moreI called early in the morning after closing on the home. They scheduled me for that afternoon and were there on time. They took off all of the locks and reconfigured the locks then issued new keys. They were efficient and quick. They reinstalled the locks, checked all of the new keys in all of the locks and provided simple maintenance for no extra charge. The price was also very reasonable.
