JJ locksmith is amazing, I called and he provided same day lock service to my family. Our closing ran long, and he graciously accommodated my schedule. Not only was he courteous, he fixed several lock , re keyed them and fixed several that were upside down. He was quick, explained everything, and added a safety lock to my pool door. I highly recommend this JJ locksmith, he was on time, quick, reasonable, and offered all payment options. Thank you for your service.

I recently decided to get a deadbolt lock put on my front door. Having been a member of Angies List here for several years, I had always been very successful and satisfied in finding skilled and dependable craftsmen here on the list for the jobs I needed done. So I searched "Locksmiths" for my area and found several which I called. I selected J.J's Locksmith over the others because the person there that I talked to on the phone was very knowledgable, described exactly what would be done, and quoted a fair price. When J.J came out, he was very skilled and proficient in installing the new deadbolt lock, answered all my questions about it, was very polite, and took very little time to complete the job (only about 30 min.). The new deadbolt lock he installed works perfectly and with its nice silver finish looks very attractive on the door. J.J did a great job installing it, and I am very happy to recommend him to anyone needing a good locksmith

JJ and his wife were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were super nice and friendly. They told us all that the job would entail and answered our questions with the ease that comes with years of experience. JJ installed the locks without leaving a mess behind. He even provided us with tips for the care of other locks around the house. We will definitely call JJ for any future lock smithing needs we may have.

I needed y acces,to my property and have it rekeyed and secured. JJ?s Locksmith got in quickly and rekeyed the locks, and set up a lockbox for future access.He also made sure all the windows and doors were locked and secured before leaving the property.JJ was very courteous and professional, answered all my concerns and exceeded my expectations.I will definitely use his service again when I need to.

I locked the door of my house then tried to unlock it only to find it would not unlock. I tried all 3 keys. I found JJ on Angie's List and called him at about 5:45 pm. He told me that my rekeyable lock had failed and that these particular locks frequently fail. 25 minutes later he was at my door removing the bad lock. Once he had the lock out, he replaced it with a new one. He also turned my other lock over so it was no longer upside down, oiled my door hinges and tapped in the peg that was coming out of one of the hinges. JJ went above and beyond to provide full service and I am most pleased.

They were very friendly and were able to come out on the same day that I called. The cost and all of the details were explained up front and they were very pleasant and helpful.

JJ arrived exactly on time and was very courteous and friendly. He changed out three sets of exterior door hardware, including door knobs and deadbolts. I had purchased the new hardware in advance, and one of the door knobs did not fit my door configuration. JJ was able to customize the hardware on the spot to fit perfectly! JJ checked all of the door and lock alignments so that they operated smoothly. He also rekeyed all of my locks and provided me with extra keys. I would definitely recommend JJ for locksmith service.

I locked myself out the other night and JJ's came to let me in within 20 minutes! I appreciated the security measures of asking to see proof of residence and the fair price for a lockout as well as a new lock since they had to drill through the old one.

GREAT!! Responded promptly to my message on Angie's List. Arrived precisely on time, went straight to work and opened it in no time at all. Then put tape on the push-lock to prevent accidental lock-outs in the future. Professional, pleasant, prompt and reasonably priced.

I used J J's Locksmith two days in a row on Sept 4 and Sept 5 for the replacement of my unit's mailbox lock and two front door locks and the re-keying of a couple keys. They came on time and worked professionally, quickly, and cleanly. Beside the lock replacements and re-keying, they checked my door frame to make sure the new lock's installation was solid and gave me a couple of extra keys for free. They also gave me some key tags for free, too. I can't ask any more from them. I highly recommend their service and will use them again in the future. Thanks J.J. !

We are very pleased with the promptness, efficiency and professionalism J.J. brought to this job. The existing lock on the bottom half of the door was particularly challenging because its design was different than locks made today and it couldn't be re-keyed because there are no blanks available for a lock company that went out of business over 80 years ago. Although there was some extra fabrication required the whole process was completed in a very timely manner. Beautifully done!

JJ is extremely personable and respectful. He arrived at the scheduled time, rekeyed 2 doors, and made sure he left all of his contact information should I have any other needs. You can tell he is very proud of what he does and wants only the best for his customers. I would absolutely suggest him to others.

Awesome! JJ is so professional and genuine that you'll feel like you've stepped back in time. He showed up promptly at his scheduled time, was pleasant, professional, knowledgable, and above all else genuine. I really felt like I had a friend over helping me! He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood everthing he was doing. He gave me options regarding the type of lock he used and completed the job in no time flat. I paid $66 for everything and I couldn't be more pleased. There should be more JJ's out there. He was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process painless.

He came on time and was quite professional. I had him re-key front and back doors to the house plus the shed. He explained the options and was quite timely about the process. They did a wonderful job. They re keyed and lubricated all the locks . They also lubricated the hinges and adjusted the closures. Many of the locks were sticking and now all work very easily. This was customer service like it use to be and at very reasonable prices. My family can now feel safe & secure. Very prompt service. I highly recommend them if you want someone who cares about the quality of their work and knows what they are doing. How refreshing!

I had a problem on a Sunday morning where the front door would not open because the key would only turn a quarter of the way in the lock. There was no other way to get into our third floor condo, so we were locked out. I looked up locksmiths on Angie's List, and decided to call JJ's Locksmith. After telling Elaine, JJ's wife, our problem, she said JJ was very aware of the problems with "Smart Locks" and that he would be able to help us. JJ came just a couple of hours later and got our door opened. He took off the old lock and installed a new one. He even keyed the new lock to our current key, so we didn't need to get new keys. I was very happy with how knowledgeable JJ was. I was surprised and thankful that he was able and willing to help us on a Sunday. He even gave me a discount because I am an Angie's List member. I would highly recommend this company.

I called in the morning, and they were there the same afternoon. Our door hardware was 50 years old, and we needed deadbolts installed on two doors. Rather than have mismatched hardware, we decided to replace most of the old stuff to match the new installations. The front door now has new hardware in the old lock and a new deadbolt, the back door has updated hardware and a replacement deadbolt, and the garage has a new deadbolt to match its replaced doorknob/lock. Also, all the locks work on the same key (we got six keys at no charge). Both locksmiths (JJ and the other man whose name I have forgotten -- sorry) were friendly and thorough. They even explained what they were doing to my inquisitive kids. I am glad I trusted the other A.L. reviews.

I am very satisfied. The service was prompt, took less than 1 hour and the price was quite reasonable.

I purchased a house and they were able to rekey the locks on the same day as closing. Great service, great work, and very professional. I will use them again in the future.
