Bill Irwin was over-priced and kept delaying the job. He charged more than other quotes i got, but i chose him after a recommendation, and him telling me the job would be done the next day. He took 3 days of delays to finally finish the job, and when confronted with the recurring delays for my job and the lower quotes elsewhere (he kept insisting he was giving me a deal and he would act in a timely manner) he wouldn't budge at all. I thought that his higher price reflected a swift job and that was untrue. He was a ripoff, I will not hire Bill Irwin again.
