Very well except an issue with instructions and product quality that was not the fault of the assemblers.

Installation was made with fine wood and fine craftmanship.

So impressed with the quality of their service. Stephen, Elizabeth, Henry and the crew are so nice to work with. I highly recommend Stephen Scott/House Doctors.

Great work. Very happy with how well cords are now hidden behind my TV due to the extra outlet. Sheet rock repair blends in very well.

Took about three months. The granite counter-top was incorrectly measured, as well as late, so the dishwasher would not fit, and a low wall had to be demolished and a new one built to accommodate the change. Quality of the reconstruction was poor. The old cabinets were repainted. The finished quality was indifferent. Several doors were incorrectly reattached, and remain so to this day. At one point we were washing our dishes for over a week with a hose under a tree. The dishwasher has never been installed correctly. Covid-19 precautions were usually non-existent. The workmen were friendly enough. The owner claimed they did not have to repaint the lower lever inner cabinets and charged us more for that. Much of the paint was abandoned in open cans oin the Florida Room. They started chasing us for the balance payments within a few weeks. I didn't even know the job was done. It didn't seem finished to me. When I tried to voice or text the owner, he did not respond; rather he ignored us, but he sure responded when I didn't finish the payments; he started calling every day! There was no supervisor on or off site, no one to discuss issues with except one carpenter. I had to show one of the workers how to fit a cabinet, as he had installed most of them upside down. The company fought with the granite company. It was at certain times a disorganized mess. The finished product was not to a professional standard. I say this as a former Licenced Florida Building contractor (retired). I will need to hire workers to set the problems right. I have asked in an email and a text for compensation, but no answer has been received to this request.

This was the worst contractor we have ever hired!! We hired Stephen to power wash our home & decks. Also, they were to be stained!! Two workers were sent out and they didn't start working till noon and ended at 4.  Our house was left with major streaking all over the place; the decks unfinished!! I put a call in to Stephen that night and asked him to please come out the next day so that he could see the awful work that was performed! Stephen informed me he did not need to come out. I could not believe this. I told him the house and the decks needed to be redone he explained to me he did not know when that could be done. I had to keep calling him until he finally sent out one of the workers who did redo the house, but not the decks! The next thing I know, I get a bill from Stephen telling me that work was performed at that time. I told him I will pay him for the house seeing someone came back out for that and I will pay him half for the decks because half the job was done. I've fired him and he was not concerned at all of the improper work that was performed! One of the workers popped siding off the house and screens were popping off. They also broke a bush in front of my house and knocked all of my landscaping bricks out. I had to get him to put my siding back and the rest he just left. Stephen was totally unconcerned with all of this. He explained to me until I paid him, his workers couldn't get paid. How awful is that? Do not believe anything that Stephen tells you about his quality work!!!

Very responsive to initial call for estimate. Estimate was within a couple of dollars of others. Used Stephen before so used again. Initial estimate was kicked to my junk folder but after that mix up all went well. Good quality work. Will use in the future for other jobs.

I was very pleased with Stephen's work.  Stephen gave me a detailed written estimate prior to the work.  He was courteous and the work was done in a timely manner.  He was also flexible in his payment arrangements.  I could not pay the full amount at the time of service.  He allowed me to make two payments.  I would highly recommend Stephen for any household work.

They are clean and work well. I cant say enough about them! They know exactly what I want. They are perfect and I enoyed working with them. They perform excellent work! They even clean up after themselves, leaving no messes left at the end of the day.

Showed up as promised and fixed immediate problem.

Mr. Scott was very responsive to my initial inquiry and all follow-up contacts. He was very professional and provided a reasonable estimate in a timely manner. Once I approved the estimate, the work started quickly and was completed quickly and accurately. The replacement of the hot and cold valves for the washing machine was not as complicated as was anticipated, and Mr. Scott reduced the cost accordingly. All work was done to my expectation, and I was completely satisfied. I'll definitely work with him again.

Overall, it went quite well. But, the quality of the work depended quite a bit upon the employee who came. Some of the craftsmen who work for House Doctors do excellent work. Some of them, however, seem to overlook very important details like centering a light fixture or ensuring that the light box is on straight. So, overall, I recommend them, but I also recommend checking their work closely and providing feedback each day.
