He is honest, timely and in almost thirty minutes he had nailed everything and got done. He did not charge any more than what he needed to fix the problem for. The air conditioner is still working fine. I would use him again in the future.

.They were wonderful. They were not in a big hurry to tell me I needed to change out he unit they said that it was working right now so I shouldn't have to replace it now. He gave me tips on doing some changes to my insulation and windows which we did do and it has really made a big difference in how the unit is working. When the time comes and we have to replace it we will be using them.

We've always been pleased with their work and they are right on top of it. I like them. When we built our home they did the installation and they've been keeping up the units every since.

My husband and I have used "Hogie" for many years now. We had him install a new heat pump for us about 2 years ago and he provided invaluable advice on the different systems that were available. He was also very knowledgeable about the rebates available from the government as well as those from our local utility company and the product company. He arrived on time and answered all of the questions my husband had. He will chide you for not keeping the screens clean. The service we had was just for a general service. He cleaned out the coils and screens, checked the coolant, and checked the pipe fittings. We were also wanted to buy new screens from him, which he did not have on his truck, so he told us to wait and pay him when he delivered the screens. He's very personable and knows his A/C stuff!
