Great! Very professional.

He had to find a gas heater that would fit in the space in an older home and found a great quality version for cheaper than I could have bought one at a big box store. He also installed a circulating pump so we could have hot water at the distant faucet locations. The whole job was completed quickly and at a proper price. I would not use anyone else.

Heath answers his own phone, expressed confidence that he could do the work. When I called back after I ordered & received the parts, we set an appointment for 2 days later. Heath & a helper arrived on time, worked quickly & competently, & were done in 1-1/4 hrs.

Heath responded very quickly and actually started the job within a week of being contacted. We were very pleased with the result.

Heath and his assistant arrived and quickly assessed the problem and repaired it. He went over everything he did and reviewed the cost of the parts. He also gave me advice on how to deal with the mold problem in the toilets and offered an inexpensive way to safely install an alternative to the pricey cleaning system I had bought to try out.
While he was here I asked him about the fact that we have trouble getting hot water to some parts of the house. Other plumbers had said there was nothing to be done. Heath told me what he did in his house, how it worked, and what it would cost. He gave really good information about it and how it changed things for him.
He is definitely my new plumber and the only person I will want to call.

It went GREAT!! I was very impressed with the timely response to our request online. We sent 4 requests out and only two replied Heath was the only one that relied almost immediately. Work was completed in a timely manner, reasonably priced and cleaned up everything after he was done. He is very professional but still friendly and approachable. We have already recommended him to others in the same complex. We will be using his services again soon for the down stairs bathroom and possible the kitchen.

Heath was very professional and prompt. He immediately knew what my problem was and was able to fx it in less than 1 hour. I will use him in the future for remodeling I plan on performing in a few months.

Starting Saturday morning, 2/23/2013, we heard a water running sound in the master bathroom wall, sounded like toilet water running. We couldn't find any open faucet. It got worse later in the morning, so turned off water to the house, and called Heath Phillips. He was working all Saturday, and didn't finish until after 8:00 p.m. He called to let us know he was still working, and we said we could wait until the next day. He volunteered to come out Sunday, and after finishing another job, he came to address our problem Sunday evening. I had tried to take off the shower faucet assembly myself to see if I could find the leaking area, and caused another leak at the shower faucet by damaging the small pipes' connections to the faucet. He repaired those leaks Sunday evening, but couldn't find the main leak, eventually determining that it was under the slab of the house. He was already booked for Monday, but came back Tuesday morning early to start working on finding the location of the leak by pressuring the water pipes with air, then listening for the bubbling sound through tiny holes drilled in the corners of bathroom tile and adjacent kitchenette on the other side of the wall between. He advised us of an alternate company that finds water leaks, but usually charge about $350. I decided to let him try his method first, which was able to locate the area of the leak. He performed the work as described above. His motto is and quot;Expect to Be Impressedand quot;, and my wife and I were both thrilled with his professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of plumbing. He seemed to know all the tricks of the trade, yet did his best to limit the damage to the slab and area above, preferring to go through the kitchen linoleum tile floor rather than the more expensive bathroom tile floor. I'm proud to say we've found a plumber for any of our future needs.
